Love Josie & Calder! Their relationship is playful, I think. Like, from the beginning, the looks they give each other & their banter are just ... joyful. Josie gets pulled into a dangerous situation due to her work & connections she discovers. Calder is right there to keep her safe, tho! 😁

I enjoyed the way they work together - even when they're working on separate things but in the same room. And the conversations they have are full of sharing. Josie is a chatterbox while she works & Calder loves listening to her stories, which I thought was super cute for them!

And the epilogue is also cute!!

I had been looking forward to Hawkeye’s book ever since his first introduction in Stryker and it did NOT disappoint!
The plot of this book was new to me but so interesting. It kept me hooked from the first chapter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Josie showed how headstrong she was without wavering for anyone. Hawkeye was just as possessive, confident and hot as I expected him to be. 🥵 Also, Josie’s Mom?? LOVE HER 😂
I love that in these books the Prez takes a slight step back and lets the brother handle club decisions when it comes to their woman’s safety. 👏🏽
Calder was everything that I knew he would be 🤭 man took one look and knew Josie was his forever.

I am so in love with this club!
Having read the other MC clubs from this author duo (and enjoyed them!), I will say this is my favorite.

There's just something about the way these women are respected by the brothers who claim them that is so satisfying.

Calder is VP for the club and COO of the Security business, so he's a busy guy - but not too busy to have his insta-love moment with an archivist named Josie.

This is a quick read with lots of suspenseful aspects. Calder is decisive and direct in his plans to keep Josie safe. He becomes very focused on ending the dangers she faces, so close proximity is his answer.
And as we all know, the steamy chemistry follows!
She's on board with his plans and I really enjoyed their connection. So good!

Please read in order for the best experience with the characters and this storyline.

Calder "Hawkeye" Stroud and Josie Talbot were absolutely perfect for each other. When Josie comes across a challenge coin that belonged to the Black Crowns, she stumbled upon so much more. Her boss sends her to meet with the Black Crowns Prez to find out who the coin belonged to when she crosses paths with Hawkeye first.

Hawkeye does not a miss an thing and Josie was definitely his match. They worked so seamlessly together, but they also had chemistry in spades. Josie was serious when it came to her work but also had a sassy side to her that I loved seeing. This story was complex but FD did a phenomenal job explaining things to the lay person so I did not feel like I was reading a restoration manual.

I also loved Josie's mom and hope we see her again.

What a great story this was! I loved getting to read about a completely different world this time, especially the whole restoring old things part. It was something different, and I really enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved Josie and Hawkeye together! They were such a cute couple, and I loved seeing their relationship develop throughout the book. And Hawkeye calling her “baby doll” all the time was just too cute.

It was such a good continuation of the series, and I loved seeing everyone who came back in this book. The MC members, the old ladies, everyone! It really makes this series feel like one big family.

This is such a great series, and I’m loving every book more and more. Definitely another 5-star read for me

Calder “Hawkeye” is just like the rest of the brothers who have already fallen. When he meets Josie he knows she is the one. So things move pretty quickly in the relationship but never feels rushed. These two need to work together against the treat and thrift ring around military heirlooms that are being stolen. He is all possessive and super protective. This was another great story in the series. The motorcycle club with the security they do is a wonderful mix. Gives it the suspense and danger to keep you glued to the pages.

Oh man , this series is amazing. Hawkeye was everything Josie needed and more! And Josie had such a brilliant mind and saw everything without having to try to hard. The plot of this book was amazing and super intriguing. The banter, sass, action and snark was everything. I loved seeing the Brother's interact together and how they had each other's back as well as Josie's when she needed it. I always love Fiona's books but every MC they come up with ends up better than the last. Such a great read. Could not put it down.

Loved this next installment of the Black Crows MC series! Hawkeye of vourse had the possessive obsession that we all know and love from these guys! I really loved the FMC in this one. Smart, sassy and will stand up for all she feels is right. I love that Hawkeye let her be part of everything (as long as she wasn't in too much danger!) Spicy times and a great storyline made this one I couldn't put down and short enough to read in a few hours!

Another amazing addition to this series from Fiona Davenport. Nothing makes me swoon more than alpha men who know how smart their woman is and tap into that talent. Hawkeye took one look at Josie and knew he was destined to meet and protect her. I loved how he never minded Josie’s explanations of her work even if he wasn’t an expert. And Josie was so sassy, fun and dedicated to her work it was amazing. Absolutely loved them together and anxiously awaiting the next book in this series!

I always find the women these MC guys find to be fascinating. Josie restores antiques and not just any antiques, specifically military antiques. She is just so unique and interesting. She has her own style. She is very much a person you would want to meet in real life. After getting caught up in a racket of stolen goods, she meets Hawkeye (Calder) and he looks at her the same way she looks at the items she restores and that made my heart so happy.

A complex story with vivid descriptions that had me right there experiencing everything. The men are real with depth, humor and single minded devotion to their women and families. The women are strong, feisty, sassy and totally in love with their men. Extremely happy ending.
