When Ameenah’s fiancé of eighteen months abandons her at the mosque, her world crumbles. But, before she can even process the heartbreak, she is hastily married off to the last person she ever expected, upending the carefully structured life she had planned.
Muhammad "Hammad" Nasir Dikko is a bachelor with no interest in marriage. Yet, when his nephew walks away from Ameenah, he finds himself making an impulsive decision; to step in, protect her honor, and preserve the family name.
Now bound by a marriage neither of them wanted, Ameenah and Hammad must navigate a life together despite their starkly different worlds. But with fate, family, and societal expectations stacked against them, can two unwilling partners find common ground, or even love, when their union was doomed from the start?
This was such a beautiful and captivating read for me. I was hooked from the very first page. This book had me loving love all over again. If you're looking to go on a fun-filled journey of love and romance, 'Colours In Bloom' is your ticket there. Highly recommend
🤣🤣🤣🌸🥹❤️ CIB...I have just been trying to remember what happened in this story since it's been long I read it,as I remembered,I just laughed and smiled becos where do I even begin with? this story took my emotions, played with them, and returned them to me in pieces. 😭
Hammad Nasir Dikko…Hammad! A man who had absolutely no interest in marriage and seemed perfectly comfortable with the life he had chosen. And then came Nana Ameenah. ❤️ What makes their story so beautiful is that it wasn't just about two people falling in love. It was about watching Hammad's walls slowly crumble and seeing how love can completely challenge the plans someone has made for their life. Their relationship had sweetness, tension, misunderstandings, vulnerability, and those moments where you just wanted to enter the story and shake both of them like water inside a water bottle 😂😭 And the emotional twists? TheOmoope was not playing with us! Just when I thought I had figured things out, the story would take another turn and leave me staring at my screen like, “Wait… WHAT?!” There were moments that made my heart melt, moments that frustrated me, and moments that genuinely hurt. But perhaps what stayed with me most was the growth. Hammad's journey from a man who wanted nothing to do with marriage to someone whose heart and priorities could be so deeply affected by love was beautiful to witness. And Nana Ameenah wasn't simply a love interest, her presence became an important part of that transformation. But Una en ,HAMMAD, COME AND SIDON 😂😭 see where your bachelor ship carry you go 🤣😘 Then the infatigable Nana Ameenah entered the picture like a damsel in shinning armor 🤣🤣and suddenly your carefully planned life start crack like egg 💔 One minute I was smiling at them, the next minute I was angry, then the next minute,I felt like opening their brain especially Hammad's own to see what was inside 🤣🤣Then confused. Then screaming at my phone. Then saying, “Awwww, these two!” Then five minutes later: “THEOMOOPE, WHY?!” 😭😂 And those twists?! PLEASE. 😭 Every time I thought, “Okay, now I understand what is happening,” the story would remind me that I was merely a reader and had absolutely no control over my emotions. 😂❤️ But yes, the ending felt satisfying. It gave the story the emotional closure I wanted and made the journey through all the drama, uncertainty, and heartbreak worth it. CIB is the kind of story that reminds you that sometimes love doesn't arrive according to your plans. Sometimes it walks into your carefully arranged life, turns everything upside down, and somehow makes it more beautiful. You know how wall geeko slip abi creeps into your house, na so love dey enter o,na wetin Hammad and Nana Ameenah show us be that. Well well, TheOmoope, thank you for the beautiful chaos😅😆
Imagine a situation where you ended up getting married to your fiancé uncle just because supposed husband to be chickened out on the morning of your wedding……😩😩😩😩 yeah that’s just how complicated this book is.
