Creating A Trial Notebook

Rate this book
This eBook is a basic outline for a Trial Notebook touching on all the critical components. It's a good refresher, to the point and an easy read. It is a companion book to a class I taught entitled "A Crash Course in Trial Preparation for Paralegals".

A good start

This “book” is more of an outline then and in Depp guide for creating trial notebook. Understandably, attorneys will have different preferences for specific inclusions and how those inclusions should function… But a little more information would be helpful.

I can’t remember what, if anything, this cost me but I suspect similar material is available for free all over the Internet.

I’ve given this three stars because the basis of the information is good and proper an outline certainly touches on all of the critical components the trial notebook should have, stillIn the interest of full disclosure it should be made clear from the beginning that this is not an in-depth, inclusive, thorough, or single source document.
