An absolute page turner. Mysterious character from lore presented as being a unstoppable serial killer. This book is quite interesting. You wouldn't believe what the author makes of Lorelei (and her background story here) until you read his novel. You won't regret it. Interesting characters, fast paced action, incredible tension and a sublime ending. A novel you can't put down. You're even looking forward to a sequel. Interesting mystery thriller with absolute horror inside. Highly recommended!

This was such a satisfying read. The author hatessss happy endings and made all the worst possible outcomes come true. This was such a good mystery and I love that paying attention to all the little details of the book pays off as the book progresses. They let you see the story from different characters points of view. I love the way Stacy and Clyde’s story progressed so much . I hated Augustine since his character was introduced. I had my own reservations about Loreleis character and she bothered me at some points but overall she really was a man eater and you have to love a master manipulator. The use of figurative language and detail was everything I felt like I could picture the scenes in my head at times and I’m not the best at that. I was so happy to be proven right about so many predictions but I also was happy that the book still surprised me with the way Lorelei works and what was really going on the whole time.
