This is a short story that is quite different to any shifter romances I have read. It is a MMMF. This one based around Little Red Riding Hood, but instead of a Wolf you get 3 grizzly bears. As I said.....different.

A Bear-y Steamy Tale

Another fun and charming adult fairy tale by Sable Sylvan!
When Meredith Baxter arrives in Port Jameson to visit her granny she learns that the landlord has doubled the rent on granny's cottage. Donning her red hoodie, Meredith marches through the snow bent on giving the rotten landlord a piece of her mind. What she finds is a grouchy bear shifter named Brandon, none too happy Meredith has disturbed his hibernation. Brandon is hulking, handsome, and does his best to intimidate petite Meredith but she is a force to be reckoned with. She's feisty and opinionated not to mention curvy and delicious, and Brandon's bear is roaring for a taste. He declares he didn't raise granny's rent but one of his two partners may be the culprit. Unfortunately, they are still hibernating inside for at least another week. Seeing his chance to get to know the little redhead better, he promises to make things right by granny IF Meredith agrees to be housekeeper for the three bear shifters for two weeks. Caught between three bears and a sweet granny, Meredith has no choice but to accept the offer.

Three Grizzly shifters can make quite a mess so Meredith has her work cut out for her. Things don't get any easier for poor Meredith once the guys awake. It seems all three - Brandon, Scott, and Nathan - have been the stars in her nightly erotic dreams. Now, seeing them in all their glory, she is overwhelmed. Each man is irresistible in his own way and is determined to win Meredith for his own. How can she possibly choose when she finds herself falling for all of them?

This story, like the others in Ms. Sylvan's series, is a quick read full of smoldering sex, funny situations, and very likable characters.

Quick fun and steamy… just what an adult fairy tale should be
I so love adult fairy tales and this one was so freaking steamy. I absolutely loved the play on Little Red Riding Hood with a bit of a cross over on The Three bears, not much mind you just a smidge. Meredith is feisty yet playful and I loved watching her react with her three bears whether as a child or an adult. But I guarantee it was a lot more fun seeing them as adults. The story begins with Meredith getting lost in the woods as a child and rescued by a family of bear shifters. Little does she know the impact agreeing to marry her three playmates will have on her future.

Years later Meredith is visiting her aging grandmother in the woods of Oregon where she finds that her grandmother’s landlord has raised her rent astronomically. Just a tad affronted and pissed off she heads off to confront the bear in his cave err I mean home. Awakened from hibernation by the pounding on his door, Brandon has no clue what she’s talking about but he sees an opportunity he’s not willing to let pass by. Brandon tells her he’ll redo the lease agreement to a fixed contract at the old rate if she’ll keep house for him and his partners. At the urging of her grandmother she reluctantly agrees. Over the course of the next few weeks she meets Scott and Nathan. All three of them are scorching hot and appeal to her in their own way. Her nights are filled with hot erotic dreams and her days with keeping house for three sleeping bears. But even her dreams don’t hold a candle to what three sexy bears can dish out when they wake up. This was one seriously fun, quick and steamy read and I’d highly recommend it.

This is the second novella in the series. They are completely standalone, so the order doesn’t matter. This is definitely for adults only due to the very steamy content.

I really liked this book. It had a story to go with all the steamy scenes. Meredith is visiting her grandma, and she goes to give her grandma’s landlords a piece of her mind. The boys are gruff sexy and sleep a lot. I loved the interactions and the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale undertones. Very entertaining and well written, and I can’t wait to see what Sable cooks up next :)

I recommend this book to bear shifter lovers who want a short feel good story with lots of steamy scenes.

I absolutely loved Sable's take on Little Red Riding Hood, I really enjoyed this short story in Sable's bear shifter "Fairy Tales" series..... although totally different to the original tale. 'Little Red Riding Bears' is the 2nd book from Sable & I enjoyed this 1 just as much as I did the first in the series.

On her yearly visit, Meredith's grans rent has gone up, Meredith goes straight to the landlords to get to the bottom of the problem, a deal is struck & over the rest of Winter she cleans up Brandon, Scott & Nathan's house....

I especially loved the opening scene, it was cute & set the rest of the story off for me. I loved the heated dreams, the actual heat, the different personalities of the boys.... alright so I loved it ALL! I can't wait to read what Sable does next.

We’ve got a word for that magic: fate.

What a GRRRRREAT story!! I enjoyed this one quite a bit. I loved the creativity and play on Little Red Riding Hood, but oh boy! That is NOT the story I was told as a little girl! And to think I always thought it was the wolf that ate Red. *naughty grin* How the story plays out, how Meredith meets & gets to know each Werebear is so PAWFECT! I don't want to go into any details of it because the best part of reading a book is that first time where you find everything out on your own. It is a nice lighter read, but one that draws you right into the story so much so that I was at the end before I knew it!! While the sensual level is slightly less than Goldilocks's story, it is still on the hot side. I do have to admit that even though Meredith, or Red as Scott quickly nicknames her, is lucky enough to have three men, the action is very clean, no triple guy play happening, and only mildly with a double bears. And like everything else, that will appeal to some, where others might like it more raunchy. I personally thought that this suited the fairy tale – these sweet as honey fairy tales! – setting PAWFECTLY! What other kind could you have with three bear shifters!?! I was drooling so much in this story! If it wasn’t over a Bear, then it was for Grandma’s baking! I have a sweet tooth so I was a tad jealous of all of the yummy goodies she baked. The only part that sort of turned me off was the emphasis on Red's size/weight. Yes she is quite a curvy girl, yes she has extra padding, but I felt like so much of the focus, TOO much of the focus, was on that. To me, it takes away from the story when you are constantly reminded that she has a big round bottom, thunder thighs, etc. I love that Red is a big beautiful woman, but I felt that Red’s whole identity was her size. Now this could be just me being sensitive to the subject, so I didn’t factor it into my rating. Regardless, I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS STORY!! Sable certainly has a fantastical knack for writing these most enjoyable stories in The Bear-y Spicy Fairy Tales series and I cannot wait for the next Furry Tail to be released!!!

I love how Sable Sylvan has taken books from our childhood and made them into bear shifter books. Okay not so much as going with the complete storyline as from childhood but what fun would that be. I had said that if this book was as good as the 1st book in the series then I would love it. This book is just as good as the first. Don’t worry each book in the series is a standalone.
Meredith Baxter would of never dreamed that the 3 bear shifters she met at the age of 5 would become her fate mates. Gees humans did not have mates, so ending with bear shifters at all had to be surprising. Now at 25 she is meeting Brandon Joyce, Scott Sanders, and Nathan Daniels. Meredith needing to help her grandmother out made a deal with these 3 bears shifters, well with Brandon anyway that she would clean their house for 2 weeks if they re-evaluated her grandmother’s lease. What she did not expect was the feelings she would develop for all 3 men.
I love how she found something different in each guy that she loved, as well as each guy had their own thing about her they loved. Meredith was a beautiful plus size woman who was full of sass. Loved her spark. You would think that would scare off these bear shifters, but that caused them to love her even more. There was so many things I loved about this book. It is a book well worth reading and so looking forward to book 3.

Little Red Riding Bears- A RED-HOT romance that demands the attention of the reader.

This story features Meredith a petite, curvy, sassy, redheaded beauty who is visiting her Grandma in Port Jameson for two weeks. Her Grandma's house lease has been raised. Meredith goes to the landlord's home to demand the lowering of the lease. The landlord's happen to be three very sexy, gorgeous, powerful bear shifters who are in partial hibernation, and in desperate need of a housekeeper. She makes a two week lower the lease deal to clean their house.

The characters in this story are impressive and engaging, the banter is phenomenal, the vivid scene descriptions are wondrous, secrets from the past are told, jaw-dropping earth-shattering pulsating romance leaves you awe-struck, and a heart-warming ending that soothes the soul.

Incredible enchanting well written read by a gifted author. Behind the smut lies an extremely unique imaginative story that will delight the reader till the end. I was impressed how the author portrayed each bear's distinctive qualities. In shifter romance the possibilities are endless, but always fascinating. {I received an arc for an honest review}. Without reservations I highly recommend this book, and the author.

Grandma knows best!! Everyone should have a Grandma like Meredith’s (Red’s) to help a girl out!
They say you should never wake a slumbering bear. But, if you do you need to make sure you have some “honey” for them! These three bears are best friends, in business together, compliment their relationship with different personalities & attitudes and all three have exactly the same ‘mate mark’.
This 2nd book in the Bear-y Spicy Fairy Tales series has a sassy BBW and bear shifters that you could die for, a spicy ménages à quatre and a fated mates’ situation that is definitely out of the ordinary.
This stand-alone HEA novella is perfect for that sizzling quick read before bed, while riding the bus or train, or during your lunch hour … just make sure you have a change of undergarments before heading back to your work station!
This author has a magical way with descriptive phrases and character development that leaves the reader ‘knowing’ how the characters feel. The tone of the character’s interactions is lively and entertaining. I’m just giddy thinking about all the old fairy tales Sable Sylvan has to work her magic on!!

Wonderful retelling of the fairy tale with a twist. Meredith Baxter was visiting her grandmother, when her grandmother informs her that the Joyce Realtors raised her rent when it was supposed to be fixed rate. Mad about it, she stormed to the Joyce home to demand they fix the problem. When Brandon Joyce answers the door, to this curvy beautiful women. He says he didn't raise the rent maybe one of the other guys did. When he convinces her to be their housekeeper for two weeks while the bear shifters are hibernating in exchange for not raising the rent Meredith agrees. Not happily. AS Meredith meets each bear she finds herself attracted to each one of them. How can she pick between the three men when that all make her tingle. Brandon, Scott and Nathan all have one thing in common and they have no intentions of letting Meredith get away.

Wow scorching hot story. Three bear shifters and one women. Meredith was confused on how to pick a man. All three men were different in personalities and looks, but she wanted them all. The three men wanted Meredith and each one spends time convincing her that they want her to stay.

I hate to give this 2 stars but here is why. I think the story was an ok story. Lots of confusion with this supposed to be like Red Riding Hood but with bears and seems more like it should have been Goldilocks. Could have been pulled off had it been for a few things. Editing was terrible! Run-on sentences just horrid. Also, wrong words and names were used a couple times. Like she was actually talking to one guy but another guys name was in its place. The over usage of frikkin and honeypot. Then phrases like "just wait here til I need to tap in"...tap in? Wow....thats some odd thoughts during a love scene. Oh...then there is "thunder thighs" um sorry for us big girls thats not a nice compliment AT ALL. Its derogatory about the size of ones thighs. Its actually a taunt. No matter how its used here its offensive. Just sayin. What was up with the mating marks? I didnt get them. Seems to be something that author didnt explain well. Sorry but this was just bad....really bad. I'm supposed to read another of this authors but I am kinda scared. LOL.

Got for an honest review.

I like shifter books so couldn’t wait to red this one. I loved the very beginning of the story, when she was little and the three bears gave her fake rings. Mates finding each other, is how I saw it. I thought the story was good. The characters were likable.
There was steamy hotness in dreams and fast moving feelings going on. The erotica is hot, and makes for a good read. Three hot bears and Meredith make their menage a very interesting read.
Some things were hard to believe, because the pace seemed way to fast in spots. Little red riding, makes me think of wolves. There are spots that need editing but they are not walls to stop me from reading the story. The story was still good and find my self still looking on the author shelves for books to read.

While she's visiting her grandmother tells her that her rent was raised, and she can't afford it. Meredith is so mad she goes down the street where the Joyce and Brothers realty lives. What she doesn't expect is to run into Brandon. She tells him her dilemma and he suggests she become their house maid for two weeks. After that they will put her grandmother's rent back down to what she was paying. While working there she meets the other two men living there. Scott and Nathan. While there she falls for all three. All three want her. Can she decide? Or what two hearts is she going to break?

Meredith goes to see her Grandmother and finds out her rent has been increased so she goes to see the landlord. Brandon, Scott and Nathan are 3 bear shifters still in hibernation when Meredith comes to confront them on raising the rent. Meredith meets each shifter during her stay but she can't believe she is developing feelings for each one. What's a girl to do? I highly recommend this book.

This is Brandon, Scott, Nathan and Meredith's story . I love the way that this author was able to take this book to an outstanding level ! Just throwing this in you gotta love the Grandma !
