I guess I'm pushing the minority button here...
Let me point out some things I really don't like
1. Liars. I fucking hate liars. Most of all? I hate the kind of liars that lies to themselves. Repeatedly. Stupidly, and did I mention repeatedly? There's a fine line between denial and lying. Fine lines my friend.
2. No backbone. Just today I told my friend. If my man's mother, rich or not pulls me aside and disrespect me, insult me and look down on who I am and where I come from. Mother or not, that old bitch is gonna get the no filter version of my speeches. Might I add that unless she's the one bringing her son to amazing orgasms or giving him the best damn head in his life - she better back the fuck off.
3. Cheaters. No explanation needed.
4. Not taking responsibility for one's own action. It takes two to rumble sweetie. It. takes. two
Now I could go on. I should go on, but then I'm sleepy. <_<
I'm just feeling bitchy of how cheated I felt. I really enjoyed book one, but then after the engagement I had a little hesitancy about continuing. I doubt a month had passed before he proposed and they exchanged i love yous. I really got cross eyed when she didn't fess up to Edward. She had so many chances! And the ring sealing it just doomed that marriage. Even if this series have them working shit out in my book - it's fucking doomed.

Fact: Flynn is an asshole. Sexy, but asshole all the same.
False: Gabriella is the BEST MC! She's so strong, confident and owns her shit, her fault and learns from them. Yes, she does!
Fact: Edward is so sweet, I fear my great x60 grandchild can taste it even now.
False: Gabriella had all right to lash out to her best friend. I mean who the fuck gives her best friend the right to speak the truth and just look out for her??
Fact: Flynn is a fucking sexy beast of an asshole :D

I enjoyed this next book on Edward and Gabriella and meeting Cody the gay brother and spending more quality time with Flynn. I kinda feel sorry for Gabriella; she is hiding behind her true feelings from Edward and not telling him the whole truth. She is able to be herself with his two brothers though. Edward seems to only be interested in business and having Gabriella as a fixture on his arm and at home.
"I don't know what drove me to do it. I was almost to the door when I found myself turning back to him, heart racing. I jutted my chin up. "I keep my clothes on." I can't say who was more surprised, him...or me."
"You wear a mask too, you know," he spoke while his back was to me. "You speak your mind around me, around Flynn...but around Edward, you hesitate. I bet you wouldn't have up and fired off what you said to me the first day we met. And I know you wouldn't have flipped him off like Flynn says you did to him."
"People don't wear masks because they like them. They wear them because they think they need them."

When coming face to face with Flynn after Edward introduce her to his family. She had to act like she didn't know him. How long can this charade go on? When catching up with Flynn so he want tell Edward she does something she thought she would never do again, model. Their she meets Cody, Flynn & Edward's brother. She can be herself around them but with Edward she is more closed off. With Edwards mother hating her and belittling her, will Gabbriella be able to handle being Edward's wife? I love this story and can't wait to see what will happen next

M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild I do believe that you ladies exist just to keep me on the edge of my seat however it just makes me love you even more! This series is absolutely brilliant! Pure Lust was the perfect title for this series thats for sure because this volume was filled with nothing but lust from beginning to end and when I closed my Kindle I was still fanning myself and felt like I needed a cold shower just too go cool me down!!
Pure Lust Vol 2 picks up right where Vol 1 leaves off Gabriella and Edward have gone to brunch with the his Mother and Stepfather and his stepbrother is meeting him there and it just so happens that Edwards stepbrother ends up being none other than Flynn McCreary. As you can imagine that ends up being an awkward meeting and Gabriella puts on a huge fake smile and then she takes a small walk and guess who ends up following her none other than Flynn well he tells her that she can not be happy with Edward and she tells him to bug off and well she flips him off and wanders back says she has a headache and they leave well this book gets interesting and we go through some major parts with a huge party and meet some more major characters Im not going to tell you who Im going to say read it but what I will say is there are two major villains both women you will HATE one is Mom who is a major witch and I really mean it we are talking stuck up and nasty. The other is a woman who is looking to get her paws into Edward and will do anything she can and let me just say I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of her. Things aren't going to go smoothly for Edward and Gabriella, Flynn and Gabriella have a connection and it can't be denied at all they have a magnetism and really do belong together but Edward does treat her better in some ways. This book is full of some really hot and steam action some major drama some incredible bonding scenes with one of the brothers and one brilliant story line from two amazing writers M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild. If you haven't downloaded this or added it to your TBR list today do it because you are missing one incredible story!

Pure Lust Vol. 2 is a drastic change from Vol. 1. All charm is lost and we learn a number of important things:
1) Our heroine is a nitwit with no common sense and a penchant for self destructive lying.
2) Our hero (her fiancee) is a self centered snob who lives in La la land.
3) Our anti-hero (her fiancee's brother and her previous lover) may not be the wanker we thought he was.
Pure Lust Vol. 2 irritated the hell out of me. I have little tolerance for stories where the characters make seriously obtuse and idiotic decisions that will blatantly lead to their downfall and predictably catapult the arc of the plot. I'd rather read the cliff notes than endure the drama.
However....the sizzling sexual connection between our heroine and her fiancee held my attention and was intriguing.
What does M.S. Parker have up her sleeve I wonder?
So i guess I'm going to have to read Vol. 3 but I'm telling you right now, that if it plays out in the predictable way it seems to be heading, I'm going to be really annoyed. I have a house to clean, laundry to do, children to attend to and there are other books I could be reading to avoid those activities!

If you have not read book one I highly recommend reading it as well as this one. Once again I could not put this book down and of course that ending left me wanting even more.
I love all the characters. Gabriella has this spitfire attitude she hides most of the time around Edward but a few times you see it come out and her Tennessee accent. Cant say i care to much for Edwards mother. Cody on the other hand he is a riot and I love the relationship/friendship building between him and Gabriella. I think Gabriella needs to suck it all up and tell Edward the truth about her job, if he really loves her he will support her and if he doesn't support her she can do better. Everything is moving fast in their relationship but can it last? Shes keeping secrets and part of me thinks he is as well. Cant wait for the next one I hope we can get some more insight on who Edward is and if he is hiding something.

Love and secrets. Wow! Gabriella has landed herself a huge dilemma. Stay with, and marry, the wealthy, intelligent and hot Edward? Or be herself, live life and work with her future brother-in-law. Gabs has some decisions to make but none of them seem to include Edward in the thinking process. Will she be caught out? Will dear Flynn save the day? Will Cody figure it all out? M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild are fantastic together. Pure Lust 2 is brilliant.

Another great part to this series! MS Parker and Cassie Wild rock! I love Gabriella, but she made me want to throw my kindle. Edward and Flynn are awesome in their own seperate ways. I'm loving the growing friendship with Cody. Can't wait for part 3!

Where to start.....
This book was amazing as is every book that MS Parker and now Cassie Wild have written, I am hooked but I cant say whether its for Edward or his half brother Flynn that has my pants and my heart hopping.
The story in this book is very well written and the plot is fast paced, and oh so believable and makes for a perfect plot line, I mean girl sleeps with guy, guy bolts, and then girl meets guys brother and falls for the brother whom she thinks is prince charming. I don't know if there is more chemistry between Gabriella and Edward or Gabriella and Flynn and I don't know there's just something about the bad boy Flynn that says choose me.
This book is full of secrets that Gabriella is keeping, and we all know that eventually secrets catch up with us and when it does Gabriella's are going to explode in her face I think. In this book we are also introduced to the other brother Cody, I think is a bowl of laughs, and he will be the glue that holds Gabriella together.
What I love most about this book is the cliff hanger endings, I love when the book ends and my jaw is on the ground....MS Parker and Cassie Wild bring on book three.

I Could Not Put This Book Down!!! I was literally sneaking peeks at my kindle at my desk while at work just to read just 1 more page. I am really loving this series. M.S. & Cassie have done an incredible job of sucking me into this plot. I can honestly say, I don't know which way this story is gonna go, which is great!! Weirdly, for the 2nd time in a series by Ms.Parker, I find myself going for the bad guy. Edward is dreamy & wonderful, but there is just something about Flynn....and man, Cody!! Sure wish his storyline hadn't taken such a turn, he coulda been major fun to throw into the mix ;)
I love this story, I love the writing, the desire, the anguish, the torture, the back & forth of emotions from all the characters involved. I need more!! I want the next book, but then I know that puts me closer to the end of the series, and I don't want that, so torn!!! Lol. Don't pass this series up!!!

This book is all about Gabriella's relationships. Cody, her gay future BIL, who provides a safe haven. He doesn't want her sexually, speaks to her as a friend, and knows what it's like to not fit in around his high society mother. Then there's Flynn, another future BIL. This is a love-hate relationship with a lot of sexual tension and a past history. ( Okay, it was a very short history, but the kind of history that you remember forever!) Then,there's Edward, Gabriella's future husband. Unlike Cody and Flynn, Edward has expectations and Gabriella finds herself keeping secrets from her future husband that she doesn't hide from his accepting brothers. All along, her best friend Kendra tells her these secrets can't end well. I can't wait for Pure Lust book 3 to find out how Gabriella deals with the struggle between who she is and how others perceive her. M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild have taken a pleasure reading series and thrown in some life lessons!

The evil mother is not too keen on Prince Edward falling in love with Gabriella and it seems that she will do whatever it takes to rid her son of the princess! To prove that she is not out for his money Gabriella takes on a new modeling job after getting fired from the job that she has hated since day one. She refuses to let Edward support her until they are married. The only problem, the modeling job is for the toad Flynn and includes a hot as all get out model for a book cover.
This story is getting very hot and twisted as only M.S Parker can do, and it seems that Cassie Wild can ass some serious heat to the mix. I am so loving this series, bring on book 3!!

WOW!! Vol. 2 is just as good or better than Vol. 1! I was reading this book every second I could, it was so good!! I love this "thing" going on between Flynn and Gabriella, but it makes me want to slap her! She's got Edward, who's perfect!! It'll be interesting to see where the relationships go and if Gabriella realizes how wonderful Edward is or will she screw it up (or maybe have a threesome?)? Looking forward to Vol. 3!

What a pickle Gabriella has gotten herself into as meeting the soon to be in laws has shown her who she will be marrying into and her soon to be brother in law's she knows on a personal level, with Flynn and now Cody she really is making herself known with all the brothers.

"WOW" M.S.Parker and Cassie Wild
Just what has Gabriella got herself into. Thank goodness she has Cody on her side. Edward is an enigma at the moment. Not really sure who he really is. Have we yet to see the real Edward. Wow, this story just keeps getting better and better. Gabrielle wants a prince with a happily ever after which she could have with Edward but she is still stuck on his bad boy brother. I also love her friendship with Cody. Will everything come crumbling down if the truth comes out? Can't wait for the next one.

Ok… so things are getting interesting. Still not sure I am 100% onboard with the whole engagement to one person whilst secretly wanting another… it’s not usually something I can be down with.
But… I’m sticking with it because there’s a few things that are turning up the heat.
There’s also the addition of the third brother Cody, who I absolutely love. He’s a breath of fresh air. I love the way he brings a voice of reason and a new perspective on things. He loves his brothers but you can also see how much he adores Gabriella and wants to take her under his protective wing, especially when it comes to navigating his overbearing family.
For me however, it’s the change in Edward that is a real eye opener. It’s true what they say, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. And sadly, it appears that Edward may just be exactly that. Too good.
Whereas Flynn, whilst still aloof, arrogant and a little rude, is showing himself to be insightful and honest… often to a fault and mostly when he knows honesty is needed but not necessarily welcomed.
Gabriella… well, she’s growing on me. She’s still lying rather too easily and those lies are going to come back and bite her. I’m predicting quite painfully too. She loves Edward, but she also doesn’t feel like she’s good enough, yet with his other brothers she feels more valued and comfortable. So what is she going to do?
This series is definitely building. I just hope it continues to grow and develop.

What an action packed read. This book had me reading till I ran out of pages and then I was sad. It's spread over 4 volumns and need to be read in order. I don't like my books split up like this because it seems like you have to wait so long for the next one to come out. I was so happy that I had all four of them ready and waiting for me to devour in one sitting. My rating is for all four volumns.

Drama ,intrigue fast paced i wish these was one book
Interesting will Gabby marry Edward or will she realize she really loved Flynn Edwards brother. Edward seems a little stuck up but he tries to be laid back and the sex is hot. But Gabby is modeling behind Edward's back and Flynn is the photographer.

This is the 2nd book in the Pure Lust series and should be read in order.
After a one-night stand with Flynn McCreary Gabby found herself in a whirlwind romance with Edward Bouvier but she is keeping her one night with Flynn a secret. The problem is that Gabby is in desperate need of money so she goes back to Flynn to model again. Will Gabby be able to keep things professional or will this risk she’s taking cost her Edward?
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
Gabby loves Edward and loves how he wants to be with her but the problem with their relationship is that Gabby wants to stand on her own two feet. Edward doesn’t quite understand but he’s willing to give her whatever she wants. With the surprise about Flynn relationship to Edward, Gabby has decided not to tell Edward about her one night with Flynn before they meet in fears she’ll lose him.
This is the second book in the series and it just keeps getting better. Gabby and Edward do have a passionate relationship but Edward tends to be reserved as he has the responsibility of running the families multi-billion dollar company. When these two are alone in the bedroom Edward who likes to be in-charge, shows just what he can do to Gabby.
It seems like Gabby thinks she can keep her modeling for Flynn with one of Edward’s brothers Cody a secret but everyone knows that secrets do stay that way for long. You can’t help but fall in love with Cody as he is just the kind of friend anyone could ask for and it doesn’t hurt that he’s good looking too. Cody can see what Gabby is trying to hide but for her he will keep the modeling and what happen between Flynn and her a secret.
This book has what any good book needs, hot guys, romance, secrets and a nasty future mother-in-law who can make anyone cringe. I give Gabby credit for trying to keep things with Flynn professional but I’d have to agree with her friend and roommate Kendra that she is just asking for trouble by modeling for Flynn while engaged to Edward. This may be full of drama but the characters suck you in and you can’t help but want to know what going to happen next. I’m hoping to find out why Flynn is the brooding man he is and why he keeps dropping hints but never going through to show Gabby how he truly feels. I can’t wait for the next book!!
