This book is short, sweet, and to the point. I think it's wonderful. Sartwell doesn't go into long explanations of things and I appreciate that. I have already started implementing a couple of his suggestions! This is a great book for Reiki Practitioners and for Reiki Practitioners who are also witches, which I am.
