I am giving this review for author AK Michaels for her story The Witch, the Wolf and the Vampire.
Peri ran away from a coven when she was 15 to save her life from being killed and she has been running for 6 years. She has survived living on the streets and now finds herself waking up in a lavish bedroom. Josef has lived a long life and never expected to have his heart captured by the girl sleeping in the bedroom and he finds his heart starting to melt when ever he looks at her. Gabe had a troublesome childhood and was always in trouble until he is saved from death 1 night by Josef and now he also is loosing his heart to the girl sleeping in the guest bedroom.
This book is a great read for any paranormal romance lover because you have a witch, a werewolf and a vampire as the main characters and they all interact as a a threesome. The story line has action,mystery, suspense and romance from start to finish.
Together Gabe and Josef try to keep Peri safe from the coven and Peri slowly finds that Gabe and Josef both offer her something she has longed for over the years she has been running, a safe home and being loved.
This is book 1 of the series by author A K Michaels and any paranormal romance book reader would love to get this in their collection it is that much of a great read and very hard to put down once you start reading it.
All of the books in this collection is simply amazing stories and a must for any paranormal romance book lover.

In this book we have Kyndel she is a strong woman made that way by her grandmother after the death of her parents. After losing her grandmother Kyndel never forgot her grandmothers words and has lived by them. While walking home from the gym through a park one evening Kyndel knows someone is hurt she doesn’t see anyone at first however. Then out of no where a gorgeous man with the bluest eyes she has ever seen lands on the ground. He is severely hurt and Kynel can’t walk away. Something is pulling her to this man causing her to throw all caution aside. She takes him back to her place and puts healing herbs on his back. The tattoo on his back is like calling to her.
The man wakes the next day and has now told her everything about him. Kyndel doesn’t know what to believe but her faith and inner self says she can trust this man.
Rayne is the leader of the Dragon Guard and he lets Kyndel know the person he fought was actually after her.
Many things transpire and someone who the Dragons thought was one of them well lets just say it’s a shocker. Read the book !!! This book is well written, and If you are a Dragon shifter lover like myself then you are going to love this book. Totally recommend it !!!!

Chaz aka Chazma Donnelly has powers which to her are not normal. She has very vivid dark dreams . Her parents were supposedly killed by a serial killer in New York and it has consumed her to seek revenge for their deaths. Chaz gets offered a job to organize a library at a mansion in Ireland. It is Jethro McBain the owner that has offered the job and it is with Chaz’s grandmother that she accepts the position. Jethro McBain lives in Brionn Ireland and for Chaz this is perfect as she has figured out or at least she thinks this is where to begin her search for her parents death.
Will Chazma be able to control the darkness that is building inside her and threatening her powers to over flow. What about the Oh So Sexy Jethro McBain? They both have figured out each others powers . Now they must fight a very dark warlock. Can they come out of this unharmed? Can they keep fighting their attraction to each other or will it end up as more?

Ryan is a very good friend of Kates husband Kurt and he is pulled into this mission along with Lexi.
Sparks fly between Lexi and Ryan but not too fast and I really enjoyed that about the book.
Oh yea and the Owl on the cover OH YEA it plays a huge roll in this book.
This book had it all.
Mystery , Suspense , Action, and Oh yea the Passion ROCK!!!
And Friends well lets just say with friends like these I would rather have none
Chasing Magic by Gena D. Lutz

In this book we have Anika a witch and her boyfriend Drake who is a warlock but a good one who fights the dark ones. We also have Tamara who at one time was Anika’s best friend but one day while Anika is making up a potion of sorts Tamara decides to throw something into the batch and it makes the potion evil. It escapes and all hell breaks loose. Its up to Anika and Drake to stop it but will they be able to do so before anything seriously bad happens?
The author has given in this book many different varieties of paranormal creatures
We meet Faing who is Anika’s pet dragon , we meet werewolves who no one really knew were even in town. We also meet an Imp and then we have a fairy.
The book was hilarious in some spots and pretty suspenseful in other areas. I enjoyed it !!!

In this book we have a young witch named Peri. She has been working for a bounty hunter in order to make only cash so that she had no paper trail to lead anyone to her. While out on a job one night she encounters Josef a Vampire and Gabe a werewolf who are best friends for over 100 years. Yea the ODD COUPLE I want to call them. Love it !!
Someone or something is after Peri and Josef and Gabe are determined to protect her no matter what. But when they find out who it is that hurt Peri they know the situation must be dealt with. Josef is a very powerful and rich vampire and he has called in some of the best to find out what the situation may be with Peri and what he first learns is nothing but less than SHOCKING.
Peri starts to learn about her powers and she also endures a very heartbreaking scene.
I can honestly say I enjoyed this book. It gave great detail about each character and helped me get to know them.
And wow they figure out they are all 3 mates .. And a mating is soon to come. .

The detailed description of the large cast of characters really made me " see" and know each of them. Kyndel is a breath of fresh air as a strong woman in her own right. She is not some tall, slinky blonde. She has curves and always felt a little over weight. She has freckles and reddish hair with emerald green eyes. She cares about the people around her and is quick to help those in need. The only thing she is afraid of is walking alone in the dark, which is exactly how she meets Rayne Masterson. He quite literally crashes into her life on her walk home from work in the dark. It's all about the universe and destiny from there......This is a steamy romance of two mates finding each other, a story of the unconditional loyalty of brotherhood and all the laughter, games and fun they have together. This is also a story of unimaginable loss and betrayal......
A Love For Somnus by, Nicole Garcia
This is really Somnus and Lailas story,but, pretty much everyone gets in on the act. Actually, between Olympus and the Underworld, it's turning into a regular Peyton Place.
Jupiter, the King, has been keeping some pretty significant secrets that I sure didn't see coming. ....So, anyway, there are a couple hiccups to cure and get over for Somnus and Laila, but, O.M.G. when they do, hot, hot, hot is all I can say. At the start of this story, I just wanted to cry for Somnus. Then I spent the rest of the time chuckling, sighing, and Oh hell noing it. This book had me right up to the very last sentence..... Again, didn't see it coming at all! I am already wanting the next installment.

I was totally captivated by the whole story line of magic, witches, an amulet and a love that transcends time and space.
The characters are all well developed and the journey flowed smoothly so it's like I could actually see it play out in my minds eye.
The relationship that grows between Lexi and Ryan is a mutually erotic romance, no games, just an amazing love that plays well within the story line as an ancient evil spirit and seven witches battle to open a portal buried centuries ago and recently uncovered that will release hell on earth! It comes down to an amulet. And just guess who has this amulet!!!!

The final trial, what every witch spends years working toward. Freedom to use magic outside the covens watchful eye..... Anika Webb is preparing for her final, and is carefully brewing her spell. ...Her boyfriend Drake, a very powerful Warlock, also happens to be son to the High Priestess. Pretty cool, right? ...... right up to when we get to Tamara, Anika's best friend, more like sisters really. Well, not so much anymore for Tamara. She has let jealously for all of Anika's accomplishments eat away at her until blinding hatred drives her to sabotage the final trial There are other things to deal with along the way, such as the Alpha Werewolf, Dante and his Crimson Wolves....An Imp, Cerin, half demon, half fairy, complete with a small side effect, and an accidental fairy who refuses to be human again.
This is a quirky, romantic and thrilling read from start to finish, except that I don't think it's over yet. You see, while speaking to the High Priestess, Anika forgot to tell her a couple of things in all the excitement. But hey, there's always tomorrow, right?
You need to read this yourself to learn about the result of the final trial, and what became of Tamara?
Come and be captivated for a while.....

I really enjoyed this story and being able to journey along with Mia and Joseph. Believe me, it is quite a journey that has you holding your breath with fear and at times, suspense at other times.
The last chapter really made me change my mind about Eli and his convictions. I hope we see more of him in the future.
This book can be a stand alone read, but I strongly recommend reading this series from the beginning as there are appearances by previous favorites and their stories are too good to miss.

Chaz is also coming into her own as a witch. All these stirrings of power and lust she is feeling are the last things she wants to be focused on. Then she meets Lord Jethro McBain..... dark and dangerously handsome. He is un like any other man she has ever encountered, He makes her feel things she has never felt before. She can feel the power, it almost sizzles around him. ....The scene in the study is sinfully erotic. But Chaz is determined to stay on task, so she must avoid Jethro, who she just knows is hiding something from her. Can she trust him? Hell, can she trust herself?

DELIGHTFULLY WICKED !!!
OMG! What a fabulous collection! It's like an all you eat buffet by the who's who of the authors we all know and love! And the icing on the cake - it's for a very worthy cause! All proceeds benefit The Epilepsy Foundation. I personally have witnessed the devastating effects of epilepsy first hand by seeing a family member suffer from this debilitating disease for years, so I would like to shout a big thank you to every single author who participated in this effort. I am familiar with quite a few of the authors in this set and I've read their stories individually but several of them are new to me and this will give me the opportunity to try their work without having to break the bank. The Witch, The Wolf and The Vampire is one of my favorite series of all time by the very talented A K Michaels. Her Dragon to Slay by Julia Mills is the first book in her bestselling Dragon Guard Series which I love! Mina Carter is another of my very favorite authors and her contribution to this set is The Reaper and the Cop and believe me when I say, it gives you thrills and chills! Melanie James is another of my favorites and her story, Conjuring Darkness will leave you breathless! Well, that's enough from me; I want to read the other stories in this great set. OMG! What a fabulous collection! It's like an all you eat buffet by the who's who of the authors we all know and love! And the icing on the cake - it's for a very worthy cause! All proceeds benefit The Epilepsy Foundation. I personally have witnessed the devastating effects of epilepsy first hand by seeing a family member suffer from this debilitating disease for years, so I would like to shout a big thank you to every single author who participated in this effort. I am familiar with quite a few of the authors in this set and I've read their stories individually but several of them are new to me and this will give me the opportunity to try their work without having to break the bank. The Witch, The Wolf and The Vampire is one of my favorite series of all time by the very talented A K Michaels. Her Dragon to Slay by Julia Mills is the first book in her bestselling Dragon Guard Series which I love! Mina Carter is another of my very favorite authors and her contribution to this set is The Reaper and the Cop and believe me when I say, it gives you thrills and chills! Melanie James is another of my favorites and her story, Conjuring Darkness will leave you breathless! Well, that's enough from me; I want to read the other stories in this great set. I was given Let Him Reign by Lane Hart in exchange for an honest review. Let me first start by saying that I am not a huge fan of Paranormal Romance. I have read maybe a dozen of them all together and I have to honestly say this is only the second one that I truly enjoyed! I definitely give this a solid 5 stars. I have come to realize that the difference between the Paranormal Romance novels I have read in the past and this one, is the fact that this one is so well written. The storyline is incredible and it flows so well and the characters in this story are so well developed. I found that I could relate with even the characters with the slightest role of the story. That's how well written this story is. It has suspense, thrill, drama, love not to mention some of the hottest sex scenes written. so my advice is, don't rule out any genre, especially if it's written by an amazing author like Lane Hart! Amazing story Lane! Looking forward to more of your work. Waiting patiently for Linc!

Bought this on a whim - a cheap e-book collection with proceeds going to charity, what could go wrong? EVERYTHING. DNF this after 14%, read the first three stories and did not like a single one of them.
Mina Carter - The Reaper and the Cop
One star, maybe two. Got to the sex too fast (yes, just take the injured woman home and fuck her) and didn't like the voice of the mc.
Julia Mills - Her Dragon to Slay
Minus a million stars. Terrible writing, awful schlock. Far too long. Skimmed after a few chapters (seriously, what short story has 20+ "chapters", some of them only two pages long?!) and no. Just no. Everything about this was appalling.
Stephanie Rowe - Darkness Unleashed
Two stars, could have been three but omg the aaaaaaangst. Writing was solid but it just went on and on and just lost me with the dramaaaaa towards the end, followed by the 180° turn into a kitschfest for the epilogue.

Her Dragon to Slay by Julia MIlls - this is the first in her Dragon Guard series. The story will quickly grab your attention and leave you wanting more when you finish. I love this series!
The Witch, The Wolf, and The Vampire by AK Michaels - This is the first book in that series and I loved it! I've found a new favorite author with this book, I loved it! The story quickly grabbed my attention and kept me turning the pages to see what would happen next. The characters are interesting, and multi-layered, for example, the witch is very innocent in many ways but so wise and smart in many others. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Troy is a big strapping Hot cop who is one of the few humans who can see the supernaturals and feels he needs to protect Laney from the monsters, boy is he in for a shock when he realises the 'monsters' are scared of her.
This story had me in its grip from the beginning and ended way too soon, can't wait to read more.

This is the first thing I have read by Stephanie Rowe but I will definitely be searching out her other books, her quality of writing is extraordinary and is something I can't get enough of.

I really wasn't sure where this story of Lexi was taking me. Receiving a cryptic letter from her sister, Lexi sets out on a journey and adventure with the ever so sexy Ryan Kidd. Battling real live dangers as well as supernatural, this book has you mesmerized with what is going to come next. Even the ending surprised me! A wonderful read you will thoroughly enjoy! I highly recommend Melanie James.
Dark Love by Claudy Conn : Chazma is devastated by her parents murder. She knows she will find answers in Ireland, so she takes a job as a librarian for Lord Jethro Mc Bain. She has a strong attraction to him, but sees darkness around him, so she can't fully trust him. I love how Claudy brings in all aspects of the paranormal in this wonderful story.
Exquisite Breath of Darkness by Candice Stauffer : I loved this story of Mia and Joseph. Joseph and immortal and Mia a Lycan, though she doesn't know it yet. It is an exciting journey you will be glad to take with them. It will also make you want to read the rest of this series

What a case this file is, leaving you guessing, full of twists & turns...
'Remote Paranoia' is "PBI Case File" number 5 in the series, it can be read by itself or you can read the series in order... I would recommend reading it in order. I CAN NOT wait to read what case comes next for the PBI.

Somnus is having a bad day, he's grieving, well he has been for the past century, but the date that Cupid & Val decide to have a special birthday for their son Kane & the other babies from the hospital.... lands on the day that Somnus lost the love of his life (well at least that's what he thought). Arriving at the party he bumps into Lailani, whom he hasn't seen since the birth of Kane & things seem to go from there.... Hercules & the other Gods from Mount Olympus are here & some secrets come out that shocked me.
I found Somnus' story sad at times, but it was beautifully written, I can't wait to read the next book of the series, fingers crossed it's about Hercules. I NEED more of "A Roman God Romance" series & will be keeping my eyes out for all future releases from Nicole.

Melanie James Conjuring Darkness: This is a story full of action and adventure and kept your interest. I had a hard time stopping, I really wanted to know what happened next and it did not disappoint their were twist and turns around every corner and it keeps you on your toes. Melanie James is a wonderful story teller!!!
Nicole Garcia A Love for Somnus: This is book 2 in the Roman God series, although it could stand alone, I would highly recommend reading the series. I love this series of strong men! Somnus must dig deep to control his powers and find out who he truly is deep inside, while fighting falling for his true mate. Lailani has given up all hope on a future and almost given up on living. These two have a tough road to figure out they are mated and each others salvation. Another great read by Nicole Garcia!

I was reading a romance novel and had this book constantly in my thoughts so I gave up on reading the other book to read this and I'm so glad I did because I loved it. The book is exceptionally written and I loved the way it included most characters thoughts/pov's, I had a lump in my throat at a certain part and tears at another (I won't give any spoilers away) but I will say that I've finished the other 3 books in this series and totally recommend them. So happy reading peeps totally recommended :)

It explains how connected Oliver(his name in the Charlotte Grace Series) and Charlotte is, how early in her life everything started. Actually, how everyone is connected, how she is friends by Wes and Paige, and how he met her husband.
Ms. Briede never disappoints. I have read all of her books, though she loves cliffhangers, she leaves you wanting more!

Shifter in Training by C.A. Tibbitts is so good. I loved seeing Forrest and how he came to be in the DEA. His past very much plays a role in the type of agent he becomes. He has had a not very good relationship with his father, but has to work on that to become a better mind and agent. I am reviewing Spark by PM Briede. PM Briede goes back to the beginning of Olivier and Grace's relationship. I had questions from reading The Grace series that PM Briede answered in this book. I love this prequel. PM Briede is brilliant.

JULIA MILLS - HER DRAGON TO SLAY
I love Paranormal Romance and this one turned out to be a pretty good one and the first book I've read by this author. The story started out a little slow, but it didn't take long to take off and I'm glad I stuck with it.
Kyndel Masterson comes from a long line of healers and learned all she knows from her grandmother, who raised her after her parents were killed in a car crash. She's a very independent woman and helps people if she can. One night she's walking home in the dark and literally almost falls flat on her face. She's saved by a gorgeous hunk who is now unconscious on the sidewalk and bleeding from the head. She wants to call an ambulance, but he won't have it so she takes him to her apartment and douses him with herbs and oil to help him heal.
Rayne MacLendon is a Dragon Shifter and a Commander of the Dragon Guard of The Fire Clan. He's been dreaming about this red headed, green eyed woman and he knows she is his mate. Lo and behold, when he wakes up on a strange bed, who does he see but his dream woman and mate. However, he is going to have his work cut out for him, she's not easy to convince.
There are the Hunters who want to exterminate the Dragon Shifters and anyone that associates with them. So Rayne and Kyndel are being tracked by them as well as a Wizard (I was surprised to find out who that one was) who also wants them dead.
There is a lot of action, hot & sexy romance and even some humor. I intend to read the rest of the series and I recommend this book to anyone that likes this genre!!

Chazma Donnelly is heartbroken about her parents murders so her grandmother gets her a job as a librarian for Lord Jethro McBain at an Irish Manor in Ireland. Chazma's main reason for taking the job is to find her parents murderer whom she's sure is in Ireland. Even though she has an ulterior motive for taking the job, she does enjoy it. She finds she has a strong attraction to Jethro and knows he's not quite human and neither is she since she has Fae powers herself. She fights the attraction because she's there for revenge and that's her priority but is having a hard time with her powers roiling inside her. So the story continues and true Claudy style, you get pulled into the story right from the beginning. The characters are true Claudy characters-beautiful and spunky heroine and a handsome, hunk of a hero. Lots of passion and suspense.
NICOLE GARCIA - A LOVE FOR SOMNUS
This is the second book of the Roman God Series and I loved this one a little more than the first-Cupid's Heart.
Somnus is the God of Dreams and a century ago his lost his human love, Victoria. Ever since then he's shied away from any permanent relationships. He feels guilty of what had happened to his Victoria and that he couldn't save her. That is until he meets Lailani Love. They are both attraced to each other and find the attraction a little unsettling. Unfortunately, she has been dealt a low blow by fate-she has bad health issues. This story has some very unexpected twists and turns which make this story unique. You are going to have to read the story for yourself to see the outcome and you won't be sorry.
I loved meeting the characters from Cupid's story again and we also met a new God in Somnus' story. Cannot wait for Hercules story which should be next. We are given a little more information about him in this story, just enough to whet your appetite for his story!! I so highly recommend reading A Love for Somnus.
MELANIE JAMES - CONJURING DARKNESS
Lexi Solenka and Ryan Kidd are thrown together because they are on a quest to find Lexi's sister Kate, who is in Turkey and needs Lexi's help and asks Lexi to bring an ancient amulet with them. Ryan is an adventurer who is going along to help protect Lexi. There's an attraction between Lexi and Ryan right from the start. The amulet is special and it started with a romance from ancient times to the present day. Will their feelings mature into something more and will they finally find Kate and find out why the amulet is so important? So starts an engrossing story and be prepared for a fascinating read!!
You'll have to read this book for yourself to find out the outcome. It has so many twists and turns, fascinating facts of an ancient civilization, hot sexy romance, gods, demons, action and even humor (loved the monkey story)! The story grabs you from the beginning to the end.
GENA D. LUTZ - CHASING MAGIC
Gena D. Lutz has given us another fantastic story. It' a love story between Anika, a witch, and Drake, a warlock, and together they have to overcome an evil that was let loose. Has different supernaturals besides the witch and warlock. There is Anika's pet dragon-Faing who I just adored. Also have a fairy, werewolves and an imp. Even though this is a short story, be prepared for a grand adventure. The story pulls you in from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend it and you'll enjoy it as much as I did.
CANDICE STAUFFER - EXQUISITE BREATH OF DARKNESS
This is a story of Mia Harte, a supressed lycan because she's sick and hasn't connected to her wolf yet. She doesn't understand why she acts wild at times. Even tho Mia is sick, she's no weakling and can still kick butt!! It's always worse when she is around Joseph Payne, an Immortal and a hunk of an alpha male. He's so in love with her, but she's not his soulmate or is she? Then we have Eli Thomas, who is also a lycan and claims that Mia is his soulmate. As you can imagine that doesn't sit well with Joseph! Then we have Demitri, a real old immortal who is causing some hell with them all.
We have steamy sex, characters that come to life and pull you in from the first and to the end. We have dragons, a good vampire and some not so good vampires doing battle with real bad vampires and ghouls and some comedy thrown in. Be prepared for a great read. Just loved this book and it's not for youngsters-this is a totally grown-up book!

Overall I did not like most of these stories, but I did find a couple of new authors..
The Reaper & the Cop (Liberty, Oakwood #1) by Mina Carter ****4 Stars
Short, sexy and fun. Laney is a Reaper, Troy is a cop...they come across each other and the sparks fly. But as Troy's small town seems to have an over abundance of supernatural activity, Laney can't help but wonder what the heck is going on. There could have been a tad more detail, just to fill in the story a little but that's really my only complaint.
Her Dragon to Slay (Dragon Guards #1) by Julia Mills *1 Star
The dialogue in this was just unbearable....between the main characters as well as between Rayne and his men.
Darkness Unleashed (Order of the Blade #7) by Stephanie Rowe **2 Stars
It is fine for a young person to say "I will never trust anyone again" or "all people (men in particular) are the same" but for adults to act that way is just annoying. So Catherine was near unbearable towards the middle of this story.

Julia Mills - Her Dragon to Slay
First of let start with saying WOW what a book just WOW I so feeling in love with this book it is so awesome, amazing, funny, and kick ass!!!! This book is a paranormal romance and so a must read!!! Now this is the first book I have ever read with just one kind of shifter in it and has no vampires in it!!! Oh I so love love dragon shifters now so hot and loving and protective over their love ones!!! My favor character in this book is Kyndel she the is awesome and a human female. I love this character cause she is a full size woman who is smart,a woman who take care of herself, and how can face her fears head on!! Now I going share a teaser and one of my favor parts in this book:The heat from her rescuer’s body warmed her inside and out. Her thoughts were cut short as the sidewalk was once again coming towards her face, even more quickly than before. Her world spun and she ended up sitting on top of the abs she had been inadvertently admiring with her bum just a moment before instead of hitting the sidewalk. The arm that had kept her suspended above the sidewalk was lying across her lap.
A giggle slipped out as she wondered if the rest of her rescuer matched the parts she had already examined. The hand that been warming the side of her breast just seconds before, slid up and down her thigh, seemingly of its own volition, causing goose bumps to rise on her legs and thoughts that she absolutely should not be thinking about a total stranger pop into her very addled brain. She twisted from the waist up, keeping her legs draped over his thighs with her knees barely touching the sidewalk, trying to get a look at her mystery man. What she saw made her gasp. The man lying beneath her had the most beautifully masculine face she had ever seen. Even with his eyes closed, he had an air of authority and command that coupled with his sheer size, made her feel small and feminine, something she had never experienced before. The shadows played perfectly across his high cheek bones, aristocratic nose and pouty lips. The thought of touching her lips to his immediately flooded her mind accompanied by a vision that she was sure was burned into her memory for all time. She knew she was gawking but there was no stopping it, her mouth was only one of her body parts aching to touch this exquisitely handsome man.
Claudy Conn - Dark Love
This story is just so awesome!! I love Chazma she brave, sweet, and so not a person or fae to mess with she well kick your butt. Then there's the oh so sexy Jethro. He's strong, caring, and very protective to what is his. But there is a mystery about him and you know he's keeping secrets.

Kyndel Masterson is a strong willed, independent, and no nonsense type female. Left to walk home from work because she lent her friend, who can be a bit absorbed at work, her car. This is a big thing for her as she’s afraid of the dark. She hears a thud and doesn't know whether to assist or keep walking and phone for help. She decides to keep walking and next thing she knows she’s tripping and braces for the impact but then feels someone holding her around her waist, then falling again and lands on top of a hot man, who is now out cold.
Rayne MacLendon is the Dragon Guard Commander of the Golden Fire Clan. His dragon has been telling him to find his mate, and when he caught her scent and saw someone waiting to attack her, he quickly dives from the sky and snaps the would be attackers neck. Struck by a silver headed arrow of some Hunters, Rayne fought to keep the attention from his mate and keep her safe. Kyndel decides to take Rayne home and care for him.
There follows a fabulously original shifter story and the introduction of Raynes fellow guards, all hotties of the highest magnitude!!! I loved Kyndel internal discussions with herself, they made me laugh out loud. Rayne is your typical alpha man but with a soft and caring side that he definitely doesn't want his clan-mates to find out about. The way he kicks himself when he forgets to feed Kyndel is soooo sweet!!!
The Witch The Wolf and the Vampire by AK Michaels
Peri has been on the run since she was a teenager, hiding from some very powerful and bloodthirsty magic users. She stays under the radar and works for cash, doing difficult bounty jobs in the supernatural world.
In the midst of a bounty, she is surrounded by nasties and fears the worst when help comes in a very yummy package. Gabe and Josef come to her aid and when she collapses, take her to their home and care for her. Peri trusts them quickly, which is unheard of for her. She knows they are special, Josef being a Vampire, with extra, and Gabe a Wolf, but she feels drawn to them both in ways that she can't describe.
When Josef finds out that there is a bounty out on Peri's head by her family, he knows that he and Gabe will protect her at all costs. She is their Mate!! But Will Peri stay? Will she accept that she has not one but two mates?
I loved the characters and the story! Josef and Gabe were such great characters and so opposite of each other, each bringing some other quality to the trio which the other does not. Kyndel Masterson is a strong willed, independent, and no nonsense type female. Left to walk home from work because she lent her friend, who can be a bit absorbed at work, her car. This is a big thing for her as she’s afraid of the dark. She hears a thud and doesn't know whether to assist or keep walking and phone for help. She decides to keep walking and next thing she knows she’s tripping and braces for the impact but then feels someone holding her around her waist, then falling again and lands on top of a hot man, who is now out cold.
Rayne MacLendon is the Dragon Guard Commander of the Golden Fire Clan. His dragon has been telling him to find his mate, and when he caught her scent and saw someone waiting to attack her, he quickly dives from the sky and snaps the would be attackers neck. Struck by a silver headed arrow of some Hunters, Rayne fought to keep the attention from his mate and keep her safe. Kyndel decides to take Rayne home and care for him.
There follows a fabulously original shifter story and the introduction of Raynes fellow guards, all hotties of the highest magnitude!!! I loved Kyndel internal discussions with herself, they made me laugh out loud. Rayne is your typical alpha man but with a soft and caring side that he definitely doesn't want his clan-mates to find out about. The way he kicks himself when he forgets to feed Kyndel is soooo sweet!!!
The Witch The Wolf and the Vampire by AK Michaels
Peri has been on the run since she was a teenager, hiding from some very powerful and bloodthirsty magic users. She stays under the radar and works for cash, doing difficult bounty jobs in the supernatural world.
In the midst of a bounty, she is surrounded by nasties and fears the worst when help comes in a very yummy package. Gabe and Josef come to her aid and when she collapses, take her to their home and care for her. Peri trusts them quickly, which is unheard of for her. She knows they are special, Josef being a Vampire, with extra, and Gabe a Wolf, but she feels drawn to them both in ways that she can't describe.
When Josef finds out that there is a bounty out on Peri's head by her family, he knows that he and Gabe will protect her at all costs. She is their Mate!! But Will Peri stay? Will she accept that she has not one but two mates?
I loved the characters and the story! Josef and Gabe were such great characters and so opposite of each other, each bringing some other quality to the trio which the other does not. Chasing Magic by Gena D. Lutz

This is a cute, quick read about a witch in training named Anika. She lives in Mystic Manor with the High Priestess Skye, along with her fellow sister-witches. As Anika prepares for her final trial to become a full fledged witch, she is visited by her ex-best friend, and sister-witch Tamra. Tamra is extremely jealous of Anika for various reason, which is what drove them apart. Tamra quickly and without remorse sabotages Anika's spell, and allows it to break free from the salt circle that has kept it safely confined, to reek havoc on the town of Rock-Cliff, Massachusetts.
The supporting characters in this entertaining story are Faing, Anika's pet dragon, whom by the way can shape shift to any size he pleases, and Drake, a warlock whom is as warrior for the good fight with The Warden Brotherhood, who also is Anika's hottie boyfriend, and the High Priestess' son. With her warrior and dragon by her side, Anika tracks the trouble-making magic in hopes to neutralize it before it reaches the population and hurt someone.
I really enjoyed reading how the trio, (Anika, Faing, and Drake), interacted with one another as they followed the yellow brick road to trouble. The three were so funny, loving, and strong together, that I felt an immediate bond with them. At each encounter with the magic, it also seems they make new friends, and a potential enemy, that end up helping them get closer to their task. These new characters give the story so much more depth, and I'm happy to report that yes, the magic doesn't just create mayhem, it creates a new friend for Faing, and Anika.
As we wind down to the end of the story, and we find out how this all plays out when the High Priestess finds out what has happen, we are left with some unresolved issues. So, I certainly hope their is another book in the works for this series, because YES, it is series worthy, plus I need to find out what happens with Ginger, and Cerin damn it! I highly recommend this book, and I will keep you informed as I am about a new release!

My Thoughts
This is the first book I have read by A.K. Michaels and I thoroughly enjoyed this read. I had felt such sadness for Peri being on the run and never being able to settle into one place but boy did she hit the jackpot with Gabe and Josef!, Not only did she find a safe place but protectors and lovers all rolled into one.
Between Herself, Gabe and Josef she a place she truly belongs and fights her demons. Anything is possible with two very hot, very powerful beings.
I look forward to reading more into Peri's story.

ITS TOO SHORT! I didn't want this book to finish, I just got so wrapped up in the magical world.
Now that I have that out of my system.. on to the positives... Everything about this read was good. Lots of Magic.. who would have thought lol, paranormal creatures and humour. It was fast paced and kept me on my toes.. (Page turning faster)
What a sizzling couple Anika and Drake made! Can not wait to read more into the story.

I had planned on doing this review a days ago. It is all Tracy Jane Jackson's fault. I hand planned on just skimming Bound by Fire because I have read the series twice. I got sucked in as usual. I ended up reading them all again (good thing I am a quick reader). If you had to buy this anthology for just reason this would be it. Bound by fire has everything--gorgeous alpha male, unique paranormal romance, suspense, challenges, deep friendship. If you need another reason just think Wicked after Dark has approximately 45 hours of reading time for only 99 pennies, and 100 percent of the proceeds from the box set benefit the Epilepsy Foundation. It is a win-win. Don't get me wrong, the anthology is loaded with great stories. Julia Mills Her Dragon to Slay is a goo intro to her dragon shifter series. Mina Carter's Reaper and the cop left me knowing I would be buying more of her books. Melanie James doesn't disappoint either. And to think this is only a few of the awesome authors that were kind enough, generous enough to donate their talent to a worth cause. Wicked After Dark is a fantastic way to find new to you authors. one click and enjoy.

Review for Spark by PM Briede
This entire review is only for Spark by PM Briede at this time. I was the most excited about her prequel to the Charlotte Grace series than anything else, so I read it first.
If you have already read the Charlotte Grace series, then don’t miss out on this prequel told from Henry’s point of view! This story takes us back to when Charlotte was in college and met Henry.
Even if you haven’t read the Charlotte Grace series, this prequel story is an awesome and quick read. You have to start somewhere! If you like Spark, be sure to check out Smoldering Embers, the first book in the Charlotte Grace series, next. The entire series, besides Spark, is told from Charlotte’s point of view. So, that is what makes this book so special. Plus, it kind of brings things full-circle once you read the entire series. I’m sure by reading Spark first, you’ll be able to connect some dots in Smoldering Embers that you weren’t able to otherwise.
Happy “Wicked” reading! I can’t wait to read more books in this anthology!

OMG fellow readers, you need to buy this!!! There are so many awesome Paranormal authors here it boggles the mind!!! I have read the majority of books included in this anthology, but I will include, for now, Conjuring Darkness by the fantastic Melanie James!!!
Conjuring Darkness was an awesome book!!! I loved this and could not put it down until the end. It was a dark, sexy, adventure and had enough paranormal elements to keep me intrigued. Lexi was an independent, brave, and quirky heroine. Ryan was a super sexy former Seal who was protective, and totally an alpha. Together they faced danger and uncovered numerous secrets, as they fell in love. I love the way Melanie James writes and I highly recommend it to those readers looking for a steamy love story with paranormal elements…Brave Miss Melanie!!!
I highly recommend this...such a value, you'd be an idiot to not take advantage of it!!!!

This is a review for Let Him Reign by Lane Hart. I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC of this and I could not put it down! Anytime a lead male chooses to be Batman for Halloween I'm hooked :) Eric Coughlin is a smokin HOT rebellious Shifter that does whatever he wants. He has never been loved nor does he know how to love. Enter Hope Gabriel she is the girl from the other side of town "trailer trash" as she refers to herself but she never fit in there. She doesn't like to party and would be happy just to curl up on the couch and watch movies but is stubborn as a mule! Eric and Hope are so attracted to each other but they both fight it and other obstacles standing in their way of being together. Eric's father being the main one. This is an amazing story that has you hooked from the first page. THIS IS A MUST READ!!!! Lane Hart is a GENIUS!
