So glad I came across this book. Barry’s tips and ‘way of saying things’ for introverted sales people who are afraid of rejection and what people think of them just make sense. Highly recommend for anyone who is new to sales but wants to win anyway. Thank you Barry.

“I took sales courses, read books, listened to older, experienced sales people. They all seemed super confident, and in my opinion, often super pushy. I was turned off by their techniques. I just didn’t feel comfortable saying or using some of those techniques with friends and family. Their words and phrases sounded “smarmy” and manipulative. I was looking for words and phrases that felt… well … warmer, friendlier, more honest. Ones that even if the person said no, I wouldn’t feel the sting of rejection so bad. ***Moreover, I wouldn’t lose friends if they weren’t interested in what I had to offer.**”

Concise and informative

This book really covered everything one needs to know and do to get more appointments. He covers the mental aspects as well as the actual activity one needs to win.
