An enjoyable short story. Set in another world about an assassin whose source is murdered, but by whom? It has magic, action, snark and great writing to escape into for a while.

Short but exciting

Short, quick, bloody and full of some great banter between Caina and Morgant. This was a great pallet cleanser between the dramas of the main fight against the apothyosis but with its own twists. Art reflecting life, or life reflecting art is always a question on the minds of those who are creative. In this one it is just taken that one step further.
