Such a wonderful book. For the person who has done Vipassana or haven't done Vipassana must read it. It gives you clear idea about what Vipassana actually is, what Dharma actually is. Dharma is law of nature, it is universal and it has nothing to do with Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Hinduism, etc. It is very scientific. This book contains 3 day series of public talks given by Mr. S.N. Goenka at Hyderabad.

I went to a Vipassana retreat last year but haven't been meditating since then. I like the philosophy of it, and how it's areligious, and I wrote down a lot of quotes from this book. I still need to make a commitment to meditating again; it was easier with a group and a rigorous structure. But even just reading Goenka's words is helpful. I have to remember that I'm in control of how I feel, and stay calm and self-possessed.
