Ready for Love
This was a cute fast paced insta love of sorts.
Justina was finally done with her fkboy user of a boyfriend and while most would think she was heart broken she was just ready to be at peace. She had sworn off rappers so she said until Big Dane kept crossing her mind and then showed up ready to make her his. Big Dane came in with the pressure. He sounded like a chocolate dream...with those muscles, always smelling good, the tattoos, and the locs. Oh and not to mention he was a billionaire, yesss with the Big B. Most importantly he was intentional and when out of his way to show Justina SHE was his future. In just a few days he had her locked in and I loved that for her.

Okay I love them together but I feel like the mama got off too easily! Cause what you mean you set that up to hurt your daughter cause you decided to stay with her trifling cheating daddy! That’s your choice as a grown woman! Girl seek therapy or get another man since the daddy got other women & you don’t wanna divorce him! My mama would’ve been on the block list & I’ll need a new manager cause wtf!!! But overall I like how Dane didn’t play about his Justina & their son 😂

Dane came on STRONG! He knew he wanted Justina and applied so much pressure, essentially bullying my good sis into a relationship after just a few days🤣I liked him though. He was attentive, affectionate, a little bossy, and a trick🥰Justina lived in her head and cared too much about outside influences but i understood her hesitation. The conflict felt a little too forced and resolved way too quickly. The person behind it was forgiven too easily for my liking.
I’m also wondering if there’s a story for Hannah coming. I feel like she has something to say, plus I selfishly want to see just a bit more of Dane & Justina🥰
Overall this was a very sweet SUPER instalove romance with a MMC who knew just what he wanted and wasn’t going to stop until he got it.

Where is my Dane
A man who pursues with purpose is a good man. Dane, was that man for Justina. He made his intentions known and did not let up until she agreed that he was not like the rest. Media be darn. Being 100% honest and authentic is what had her gone.
Her mother was a little too much for me and got off the hook easy. See a good man, as he checked Justina when she was about to lay down the law. His love for his mother is what had her going a different route with Mrs. Overbearing.

Dane is the biggest!
I love when the mmc can verbally express themselves. Dane played no games! That was a man with a plan for sure. I wanted Shy T to get so much more. I would’ve definitely appreciated a little more back story on Dane’s mother and Justina’s relationship with that bum. It would’ve helped the story seem more cohesive. Justina’s mom got off too easy, just unbelievable. I still like the story nonetheless.

Big Dane, not the little one!
Dane literally said 'welp, let me go get my lady real quick' and proceeded to do just that. All gas, no brakes! Justina didn't stand a chance, especially since she was already feeling Dane but was fighting her feelings.
I think her mom got off too easy after pulling that stunt.

Perfect Quick Read!

This was a good quick read that gave me summer vibes. I enjoyed that this was insta love and loved how the MMC was about action versus words. I also loved all the swoony moments and lines in this story because the MMC had a good mouth piece!
I would recommend and I hope Hannah’s (the MMC’s sister) story is next! 💖

Anything with the name M Monique attached is a MUST read for me! Dane and Justina had an undeniable connection, love and chemistry. Loved how intentional, thoughtful and deep Dane was in his pursuit of Justina. Would love to see a year out after they were married…but a great read as usual!

He IS the ONE!
I cheesed throughout this entire read and rolled my eyes at the “delulu female” and meddling mother LOL. I liked how Justina knew but was hesitant but was open to Dane proving to her why she IS his wife. Low angst read with a happy ending. UGH, I could have used a little more of them.

This was short and to the point. I enjoyed it.
I liked Dane and Justina. It’s something about a delulu MMC I love, Justina only choice was to just fall in line lol
Justina mom was dead wrong. I only think they let it go because of Dane mom being gone but she deserves to get cussed out.

Big Dane You Say
Ohhhhh M Monique this was a teaser but oh so good. It’s one of those ones where you could definitely indulge on having more but what you were giving still satisfied your appetite. I’m really hoping Hannah gets a story based on that little line included but Dane and Justina were just the cutest.

Love Dane!! He was intentional about his every move with Justina. I loved the way he meant everything he said to her. Justina thought he was delusional, I did too but he meant every word. Loved this! It was short and sweet!!
