I have the bilingual (Chinese + English) edition and love it. The Chinese translation also rhymes and has been done very well, IMO. The interactive components are great, my 16 month old fell in love with it immediately. Bright colourful artwork and the perfect length for young toddlers.

My one complaint would be, I think the author really missed an opportunity to spell "Bizzy" as "Busy", i.e. correctly. Spelling it as "Bizzy" adds nothing and might even confuse older kids who use this to learn to read. Also on the last page, the clam-shell interactive component is a weak spot and might break easily at the 'hinge' part (compared to other sturdier parts).

BIZZY BEAR: DEEP-SEA DIVER is a wonderfully constructed board book by Nosy Crow. This movable parts book provides wonderful interactive parts on every other page. The small holes are the perfect size for "little paws" as they say on the cover of the book. The rhyming text will have even the youngest readers joining along with a sing-song beat. Recommended for any library circulating board books for children.

I love all the books in the series. Cannot fathom giving it less than 5 stars. The Bulgarian edition does not rhyme, it is more explanatory of what is happening in the book, but I still love them.

Davies, Benji Bizzy Bear: Deep Sea Diver. BOARD BOOK. Nosy Crow (Candlewick), 2015. $7.

Yeah Bizzy Bear! Four short page spreads and sturdy tabs to move around. Join Bizzy Bear as he dives into the deep blue and discovers new wonders.

My grandson loves these books. While the rhymes are not inspirational poetry, the books are fun to maneuver and the tabs are very sturdy, able to withstand major punishment.

Pre-K – ESSENTIAL. Cindy, Library Teacher

Cute rhyming and repetitive text follows Bizzy Bear as he explores under the sea. Each page of this board book has an interactive feature for the kids to enjoy the book in a tactile manner. This is cute, feels sturdy and the kids will love it. Recommended for ages 2-4.

My son loves playing with the moveable parts of this book which also had a nice rhyming pattern - I'll be keeping an eye out for more of this series!
