One of the best books I have read so far about self improvement.
The operating system of our minds is presented as MindOS, a system for solving emotional issues and reaching goals. Based on diagrams in actual psychology, MindOS explains hard core science concepts. It requires patience to learn and practical application, but it's definetely a book to be read with a pen and paper near you. :)

It helped me understand some fallacies in my thinking. I liked how the book is easy to read and has diagrams and practical examples. I will return to this book more times, I believe.

One of the best psychology books I have read. It does take time and patience to apply but it is worth it. The way it can solve psychological problems freeing you from stress is amazing. It’s not complete and requires further reading but as a model it works well. I fully recommend it to anyone.
