Review of advance copy received from Author

No Spoilers.
This book was sent to me by the author as an advanced copy and here is my honest review.

I really enjoyed this one\. There was so much care put into the story, but also into the book itself\. I especially loved the chapter titles (which feels like such a random thing to mention lol), and all the little pieces of artwork between sections\. Those details made the whole thing feel really special\.

The ending was probably one of my favorite parts because it actually left me wanting more\. I finished it and immediately felt like I wasn’t quite ready to leave the story yet, which is always a good sign for me\.

The writing also gave me some serious Patrick Rothfuss vibes, especially in the way the story is told\. That’s a comparison I don’t throw around lightly\. There’s something about Rothfuss’s storytelling that has always made me think, “How could anyone ever do this?” This book gave me some of that same feeling while still managing to have its own voice and identity\.

Overall, this was a really memorable read\. The story, the presentation, the little artistic touches, and especially the way everything was told all came together really well\. Definitely a book that stayed with me after finishing it\.
