The athlete and movie star's explanation of his personal philosophy of positive force and the psychology of self-improvement is interspersed with anecdotes about international karate competitions, training with Bruce Lee, and Norris's acting career
I'm too scared to give it anything less than a five. I read this in the military long ago. He was in the Air Force as a cop like I was studying martial arts. I can still remember several parts of the books 25 years later.
Another 80's memoir. Little bit of self help, inspiration. Probably a must read at the height of his popularity. Some behind the scenes stuff from his movie career.
I have always grown up looking up to Chuck Norris. This book just proves why. He is a model example for kids of my generation and all generations. I believe every UFC fighter should be required to read this book before entering the octogan. They could learn a lesson or two about respect and how you conduct yourself in the public eye as an athlete.
