Knotted by the Wendigo: A Monster Romance
Sierra only wanted to reach the cabin.
One sudden blizzard, one failed GPS, and the park ranger found herself lost in the northern woods with no way out.
What she got was a towering, antlered Wendigo who took one inhale of her scent, turned hunger into mating frenzy, and carried her straight to his ice cave.
Vorren has haunted these frozen forests for decades, the endless cold and loneliness twisting him into something more than monster. The second Sierra’s warm, fertile scent reaches him, every possessive instinct he owns detonates. He doesn’t ask. He claims—pinning her down, stretching her open on his massive cock, and locking her tight with his knot while he growls that she is the only warmth he will ever need.
Trapped between the rescue team calling her name through the storm and the overwhelming rightness of Vorren’s arms, Sierra has to the empty life waiting back in civilization… or the monster who looks at her like she is the only fire left in the world.
He is massive.
He is feral.
And he is already calling the baby growing inside her ours.
This is a short steamy monster romance packed with obsessive instalove, knotting, size difference, breeding heat, and a monster with a surprisingly big heart. HEA guaranteed.

Sierra is a park ranger caught in a snowstorm. Verron is the Wendigo who saves her.
Things proceed from there exactly as monster-romance readers might reasonably expect.
This was a fun, quick little read. At only 54 pages, it doesn't have time for enormous amounts of depth, but Sierra and Verron have enough chemistry to carry it, and I happily went along for the snowy ride.
But, there were a few moments that made me pause.
An instrument is shaken like an "unruly child" at one point. Please do not shake your whelps.
There are also places where the spicy writing becomes rather... functional. *She came once, twice...* does the job, certainly, though perhaps without much ceremony, and it felt a little flat, like they were just going through the motions rather than enjoying themselves.
And I never quite managed to form a clear picture of Verron. Perhaps that sense of something unknowable and monstrous was intentional. Perhaps my imagination simply failed me. Either way, he remained strangely indistinct. One minute he had a skull face, then he had lips? Also the timeline of the weather felt weird, it was winter, snowing then six months later... it was spring. Is... this how years work?
Still, this is a 54-page Wendigo romance, not an epic fantasy, and judging it for what it actually sets out to be?
I had fun.
Short, snowy and satisfyingly monstrous. Just remember: never shake your whelps.
