Honest appraisal of different form of addictions

The author has studied extensively various forms of addictions including substance addiction an area in which I am personally interested to know if there is a way out to divert the mind to productive activities of choice especially for a person of supersensitive intellect with passion for Bharatnatyam. Everyone has some addiction or the other. It could be sports or art forms. The need to balance it with social requirements where the addictions of others are different is the challenge.
