I used this book in the 8th Grade while I was homeschooling. My back was always a little bent and I was determined to get my posture back into shape. This book was amazing and helped a tons. I did about an hour of it everyday (for about 1 and half months) ;] and now my back is pretty straight ! =) My parents, friends, and even grandma said that my posture got a lot better!
One reason why I gave this book 4 stars and not 5 is because couple of the stretches were pretty much the same thing :/ But besides that, this book is really helpful, clear, and informative !
