This Volume had the same intense feel to it as Thoughtless S.C. Stephens.
Edward and Gabriella are engaged and he is everything she ever dreamed about for her happily ever after but Gabriella realizes that that maybe his lifestyle is not for her, and all her naughty secrets isn't helping her guilt and their relationship.
Gabriella is struggling with her feelings for Flynn, he is everything a good girl don’t need in her life but lust after, but Flynn also makes it very difficult for Gabriella to forget him and they have so many secrets at this point of time.

Why am I doing this to myself?
This book is excruciating yet I think I am actually about to read Vol 4.
It is so miserable reading a book writing in the heroine's POV when you hate her. Reading about her selfish foolishness is like spending an afternoon with a screeching cat and yet I can't stop. I want to say "are these people for real?" except that would be stupid... since obviously they aren't.
I just want Gabriela to communicate with Edward. Tell him her wants and needs and give him a chance to agree or say "no can do." Then, one way or another, she can get on with an authentic life rather than lying and acting as if she is a victim.
OK, maybe she is a victim to her own idiocy but not to Edward, Flynn or her dear friend, Kendra who is only trying to help. Yes, her soon-to-be mother-in-law is a terror but Gabriela can say no. It is a small word so it shouldn't be hard for her to sound it out. Yes, she hasn't able to find work in her chosen field, but she could ask for help. What is the point of having connections if you don't use them. And yes, she didn't have a lot of money to buy a new laptop or pay for her wedding so she can do it the way she wants, but HELLO, your marrying a gazillionaire, involve him in your life and let him know what you want... what you need... let him help you, take care of you, support you.
And this thing with Flynn. Good God woman. Lots of people experience unfulfilled lust. The best way to deal with it is avoid the object of your desire. Duh! Do you think a sexual being like Flynn who, by the very nature of his artistic creativity is going to cease sexually connecting with other models, even if he is head-over-heels in love. I'm not even going to finish that thought because I'm now sounding as ridiculous as Gabriela.
Forgive me. I know this has turned into a therapy session rather than a review. obviously the book has redeeming qualities or I wouldn't be this worked up and because the cliffhanger is so darn cliffhangerish, I'm going to have to at least start the next Vol. I can't help myself.

Nothing is more disappointing than starting a series and instead of going up, it tumbles...painfully.
The only person that was setting Gabriella straight was her best friend but then she just shut the hell up after a while - and who could blame her? I'd get tired of talking if all I'm saying is getting me stupid retorts and pity fuck off tears.
The real kicker was when Gabriella knew all the shit she's been doing, yet when Edward asked her to move in with him? The idiot said yes, summing it up to be "the least she could do."

I know that wedding preparation is frustrating but having a mother in law like that I think I'd just throw my hands up and say done. I love how she's thinking but I don't think she is really listening to her heart but there is still a lot to this book I can't wait to read.

It’s getting better and better.
Have to say, I’m now glad that I didn’t give up on this story. Is the whole engaged but in lust with another man still rankling me? Yes, a little but the way we are now seeing Edward, it’s more understandable.
Edward… whilst still charming, caring and loving, is totally clueless when it comes to seeing the bigger picture. Clearly, he adores Gabriella, but he doesn’t see her.
Maybe you could take Cody’s reasoning as an excuse for Edward’s lack of insight. Never having witnessed a healthy, happy relationship beyond keeping up appearances for societal reasons, he doesn’t seem to grasp the concept of being together with someone.
The fact that most of their physical interactions result in sex of some description makes you wonder if that’s all he sees the purpose of a marriage to be. A sexual coupling in order to produce an heir or two.
The cracks are definitely beginning to show in Gabriella’s fairy tale. The dream husband. The fairy tale lifestyle. It’s all there in a two dimensional sense. The picture perfect facade. But beyond that lacks any depth. Edward is everything she should want. A true gentleman. Someone so considerate and generous. But is it what she wants? What she needs?
They come from totally different worlds. And although Cody and Flynn appear to adapt and understand, Edward is too much like his mother to realise that his world might be too much for Gabriella to handle. He can buy her jewels and clothes to help her appear like she belongs in his circles, but that doesn’t mean others will accept her. That’s obvious by the way his mother and Stacia (boo hiss) react to her.
Honestly… I’m rooting for Flynn. I shouldn’t be, but I am. He gets her. He wants her. He challenges her. But, is there too much muddy water under that bridge.
Other points… I don’t trust Kendra. There’s something going on there. Stacia needs to be taken down more than a peg or two. And his mum is such a vile woman that I hope someone puts her in her place. Hopefully it will be one of her sons, or Gabriella’s family.
Last book to go. Let’s see if I’m right in my predictions.

What an action packed read. This book had me reading till I ran out of pages and then I was sad. It's spread over 4 volumns and need to be read in order. I don't like my books split up like this because it seems like you have to wait so long for the next one to come out. I was so happy that I had all four of them ready and waiting for me to devour in one sitting. My rating is for all four volumns.

This is the 3rd book in the Pure Lust Series and should be read in order.
Gabriella Baine couldn’t be any happier than to marry the man the of her dreams but the wedding plans are more than she can handle. To top it off her future mother-in-law has turned into a monster when it comes to how the wedding should go. The growing attraction between Flynn and herself is making it hard for her to stay away from him and this could cost Gabby her relationship with Edward and lose her best friend in the process.
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review.
The more Gabby models for Flynn the harder it is to stay away. The money is good but the lies to Edward are building up. Flynn starts to become more rude then usual and begins lashing out at everyone around him. As much as Gabby knows she should just quit working for him, she still returns. Edward has a way of doing things but he tends to want Gabby to follow the way he likes things. Although he falls in love with her because of who she is he seems to want to change her. Yes I get it’s his way of taking care of her but sometimes it can be stifling and they end up pushing them away in the long run.
M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild have another hit series on their hands. Just when you think you know what’s going to happen between Flynn and Gabby the unthinkable happens and you end up wondering if you ever really knew them. Wow...Pure Lust Vol. 3 seriously kept me on the edge of my
seat with this volume. Gabriella is obviously going through
some major emotional trauma trying to determine what exactly
she wants whether she is happy with Edward and trying to
figure out whats going on with Flynn. She is clearly
stressing to the max with dealing with her soon to be
monster-in-law and the wedding details.
This volume had some slow build up but there were some
amazingly touching scenes in it, when Cody was in Tennessee
with Gabby and spending time with her and her family the
bonding they did was amazing. The time that Cody, Gabby, and
Flynn spent at the group home I loved the entire chapter that
was written on this. You also have your love to hate
characters in this book that make you want to throw your e-
reader against the wall that happened to me no less than 5
times reading this, I had every range of emotion you could
think of from rage and anger to sadness to being absolutely
giddy when she found her dress to laughing my bum off when
she insulted her monster-in-law. However our amazing and
brilliant writers had me on the edge of my seat and screaming
at the top of my lungs when they threw my off the edge of a
cliff and left me hanging on for dear life at the end of this
volume with the to be continued... This series is absolutely
an amazing read and the connections between the characters
are fantastic M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild have done a
fantastic job writing them and I can't wait to see how this
story continues in the next volume

WOW!! This series is fantastic. But then it is Parker & Wild….you sorta expect it.
We follow the love life of Gabriella Baine and her quest to find her Prince Charming. Upon meeting the man who sets her body on fire and being dismissed once he got what he wanted Gabriella decides no more. If her man can’t romance her she’s not giving up the goods. So along comes….
Edward “Charming” ??? The questions marks indicate that she doesn’t know his last name. It’s quite some time before she finds out too. Once she does she doubts she can be part of his world. For one thing she likes to shop simple and eat pizza and….well…..she’s normal. Edward is from another place where there are five forks for every meal and country clubs and fancy parties. She feels inadequate but Edward loves her just the way she is. He’s understanding and gets really good at putting her fears at ease.
There are secrets and lies, lust and romance, happiness and sadness. Brats and Assholes. But under everything there is one young girls quest to find herself in love and work and friendships. To be complete and happy. Will Gabriella find this in Edward? Or with someone else?
I loved this series!!! It’s such an easy read because you can’t put it down. At any given time you are in their bedroom and it’s HOT! Or with their family and it’s HEATED! Or they are alone with each other and they are HAPPY. This is definitely a great read and since they are all out you won’t have to wait for the next one!!

The time that Cody, Gabby, and Flynn spent at the group home I loved the entire chapter that was written on this. You also have your love to hate characters in this book that make you want to throw your e-reader against the wall that happened to me no less than 5 times reading this, I had every range of emotion you could think of from rage and anger to sadness to being absolutely giddy when she found her dress to laughing my bum off when she insulted her monster-in-law. However our amazing and brilliant writers had me on the edge of my seat and screaming at the top of my lungs when they threw my off the edge of a cliff and left me hanging on for dear life at the end of this volume with the to be continued... This series is absolutely an amazing read and the connections between the characters are fantastic M.S. Parker and Cassie Wild have done a fantastic job writing them and I can't wait to see how this story continues in the next volume.

*All Spoilers, look away now or have yourself to blame*
I wanted to like this series because book 1 was perfect, particularly Gabby's meeting/dates with Edward; however, the plot and scenes felt forced which I guess is a risk the author took by narrating in the first person.
Gabby was a few broomsticks short of a bushel and not the best narrator, cos clearly, she assumed everything was about her. I found her extremely offensive. And insecure. And uncaring. And undeserving. I have a few more adjectives but, you get the idea. Just one more. Hateful.
I suppose she felt underserving of a caring man and rather preferred the petulant Flynn, who did nothing but debase and abuse her obvious attraction to him. She never once tried to empathise with Edward, her fiance. This man goes to work and comes home to this shrew who has nothing better to say than a litany of how everyone and their father hated her.
Well boo hoo, drama llama, baby Gabby...... By gosh, I wanted to smack her. Did I mention I hate her? Yes, extremely.
So, that Kendra huh? Woo hoo, what a friend indeed.. yep yep. Surely, the world needs more of them bitc@%. I detested Kendra (Gabby's "friend", yet slept with Edward). What a Rattlesnake, an underhanded venom-injector... You feel me? Oh yessir.

VOLUME THREE - 4.5 STARS!
Once again, these two authors have wowed me. Oh yeah, each time I see they have a new series coming out I get so excited. With them, you can expect steam, suspense, passion, and an intriguing storyline with a beautiful love story weaved through. This series was all of that and more.
This book was amazing. Each book in this series gets better and better until the ending which left me with my jaw dropped each time. These two brilliant authors took me on a ride that has me laughing, smiling, swooning, and definitely falling love. Get ready for one hell of a ride.
This is the third installment in Gabriella's story. She should be having the best time of her life as she has a great fiancé who adores her and a wedding nearing but something is missing. Sure she knows what it is but refuses to accept it. Meanwhile secrets and shadows lurk in the corners threatening to expose themselves. Can Gabriella go through with the wedding? Will she deny herself happiness in the name of nothing? And that ending... seriously brutal ladies!

I was pulled right into this story. This is a 4 part story so be prepared to get all 4 parts. The story has laughs, suspense, secrets, naughty fun, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first

Ok, so now I am cross. I don’t want Gabriella to marry Edward, she belongs with Flynn!
I loved this book but I read most of it angry.
I wanted them all to just man up and sort it all out.
Flynn needs to grow a pair and claim the woman that owns him… Gabriella
Edward well I’m not convinced that he really wants Gabriella, I am beginning to think that he is just with her to get back at Flynn, I have an inkling that he knows and it is all family politics that Gabriella is caught up in the middle of but them again I could just be going mad!
Gabriella… well now woman what the heck are you playing at!!!
Don’t agree to marry the man and then sneak around with his brother, what do you think you are doing?
The questions I am left with in this book are endless.
What the heck is Kendra hiding< because she is definitely shifty!
And as for Stacia, her relationship with Edward requires closer scrutiny
I cannot wait for the next book – and hopefully some answers

OMG this is like movie worthy wedding planning !! I would love to see the faces and the stuff Claire wanted. It was comical but I can only imagine how horrible it would be to actually endure that. Problem in this part is that Edward is always working and his mom is a horrible person and Gabriella is forced to deal with her regularly during this wedding planning. All the while Gabriella has this wonderful bond with Cody , things with Flynn are as exhausting and confusing as ever and the guilt is eating away so much that she has become quite miserable. What exactly is she miserable about ?? Oddly Edward and Kendra had these conversations with each other and then gang up on Gabriella , I honestly was waiting for them to drive her crazy and haul her off to a padded room , it was weird. But way out of left field we are thrown into another cliffhanger that leads us into the last part. I can only imagine realizations and confrontations will be at an all time high. Stay tuned...

Oh my lord Gabriella has got herself in a huge mess of lies, I don't know if she will be able to find her way out.
This book is about Gabriella planning her wedding with Edward's mother, or is it Edward's mother planning the wedding and telling Gabriella how things will be? In this book we also see Gabriella heading home to distress and spend time with her family but Edward insists that she bring someone with her, so she brings Edwards's brother Cody, whom all her family loves. In this book we also see Gabriella having a hard time resisting Flynn and when he calls she runs. I am thinking that things are going to explode soon.
I know I should be team Edward as he is the prince charming Gabriella has always wanted, but I am totally team Flynn, the bad boy she had first, and I will be rooting for him till the end of time.

With wedding plans underway and the wicked mother in law Claire wanting things done her way Gabriella is already on edge and it seems like she isn't going to make Gabriella forget who is paying for the wedding. But all she seems to get from Edward is he will talk to her. I think she is thankful that Cody is the only person she can really talk to about stuff. Then there is Flynn being well Flynn demanding and I think he secretly wants Gabriella. But unwilling to give her the pictures from her shoot because they are his.
Left with a cliffhanger that leaves you guessing what could be wrong. Got a few glances when I cursed and realised it was the end. M.S. Parker & Cassie Wild have created a great story a modern day Cinderella with the roles reversed.

Loving this does not even do justice to how much I am enjoying this series!!I love that there is no hey,happy ending, hey,everything is perfect and there are no lingering problems,issues or feelings!! I find it appealing that Gabriella is real, she struggles, she feels mutual feelings for both brothers even though she knows it's wrong. Flynn....oh Flynn...he killed me with his admission...I can't quite wrap my head around why I want him to come out winning the girl when he's such a jerk to her. Edward, just so perfect & sweet...Too bad the mother in law is the witch from hell cause no matter what happens, Claire is around. Will Gabriella have the wedding of her dreams or will she give in to temptation?!?! Will Flynn do the unthinkable?? I cannot wait to read the final installment of the series!!!!

Gabriella is more confused, anxious and is withdrawing into herself. Kendra and Edward are both wondering what's up and Cody is the only one she is talking to about her feelings.
Flynn is also pining and has admitted to Gabs that he can't get her out of his mind.

"...because in the next moment, I found myself with my back up against the wall and his mouth on mine. There was hunger in his kiss that he had only ever hinted at and it caught me off guard. When he pushed up the hem of my dress, heat blistered through me."
The suspense at the end of this volume was off the charts, I struggled to get to sleep worrying about these characters and where these two talented authors would take us in the next one.

Love???...
Here we are into the 3rd. book of Pure Lust and I'm sitting on the edge of my seat, because I can't seem to grasp what's going to happen next. I'm all over the place. Gabriella, wants a Prince Charming, she seems to have that with Edward, but she keeps sneaking around and lying to him about his brother Flynn, who Gabriella, seems to can't stay away from and whenever near him her body just responds to him, Flynn is so emotionally detached from woman, he wants her sexually, but do he want her forever? Edward, seems like the perfect man for any woman, but I'm not convinced he wants Gabriella. Kendra, Gabriella, bestfriend seems to know more than she's saying, is she protecting her bestfriend or is she looking out for herself? Do Edward, have something going on with his long-term friend Stacia? Everything is going crazy with Pure Lust and so am I!!!

Pure Lust Volume 3 (4.5 stars)
Great job by M.S Parker and Cassie Wild! This series just continues to get better. Life just keeps getting messier for Gabriella. Wedding planning is not going well and Edward seems oblivious to everything going on in her life. I feel like even though he seemed so perfect in the beginning more flaws keep showing up- just proving no one is as perfect as you think. Gabriella only shows him her true self when she reaches the end of her rope on dealing with his mother. I feel like the relationship is no longer a positive one for her. She’s such a great person she deserves to be happy. Her friendship with Cody is her saving grace. It’s too bad he is gay! He’s the best guy of the 3 brothers. This has a crazy cliffhanger! I need Volume 4 now!!! I want to find out how everything ends.

Can we say MONSTER-IN-LAW?! TBH I probably would have killed her by now. Ok so prince charming, wedding in the works, money finally getting better. what could possibly go wrong? Well everything of course. MS Parker does it again in this book. She does a great job making you see where the characters are coming from. You actually catch yourself talking to them. I was ready to reach through the pages to choke Claire, hug Cody, yell at Kendra, and either punch or attack Flynn.
From the cake, to the, food and even the dress, Gabi cannot get her mother in law to be back off and let her have some say in HER wedding! Edward is absent except for sex as always. This story just keeps getting better and better. Gabriella is more confused than ever as the wedding plans progress and her future mother in law continues to drive her insane. The only thing she has control over seems to be her feelings and she barely has a hold on them. She is in love with Edward and in lust with Flynn. She cannot get Flynn out of her head and she cannot seem to get into Edward’s head where he is all business.
The only brother in the bunch that understands her is Cody. If he weren’t openly gay, he would be perfect for her. If only her life could be that easy.
The next installment a promise to be explosive, Gabs has to choose soon, Prince Charming or the Toad? Which one will it be!

I was given this book for my honest review.
Sit down, relax grab the pickles and the hot sauce and lest we not forget the ice-cream to cool our nerves and took take the already chill in the air down a notch to the warming sensation of the sun. Gabriella and Edwards journey continues in this Volume 3 but as with any amazing book we all want the best conclusions in the end but Gabriella has a major issue and his name is Flynn can he be the one that warms this inner vixen or will Edward be the one that even with the proverbial stick up his butt be the one to keep her attention and will Gabriella settle just to be in existence? Let’s find out shall we?
