As India reels from an audacious act of nuclear terrorism against one of its major cities, those in the corridors of power, prepare to retaliate. They vow that the perpetrators behind this heinous act will not go unpunished, despite protection from the Pakistani military.

But the perpetrators are supported by hidden actors whose only agenda is to see India brought to her knees. They have prepared for this moment for years. And they will not hesitate to put the resources and destiny of an entire nation on the line to achieve their goals.

As Kashmir burns and special-forces teams move across borders to strike the enemy on their own turf, a chain of events begins between the two nations that can only end one nuclear war.

Scary but an entirely believable indo-pak war scenario. Must read for anyone who wants to have a reasoned opinion about how a shooting war on our western border will pan out

Thrilling experience

This book had a deep impact on me. This book aptly describes how scary a war between two nuclear powers can and what would be it's consequences for both Pakistan and India. I was so engrossed that I finished it in 2 days. And there can't be a better sequel to chimera than this.

A must read for military fiction lovers. Mr Vivek has brilliantly described the war between India and Pakistan in his own way. Starting from causes to its consequences, he has got everything right. All characters were extremely well developed throughout the story which made the story come to life. This was a thrilling experience.

Another marvel read

The sequel to Chimera will take bring the battlefield to your reading place. It goes as realistic as any battle between India and Pakistan can go.

Superb reading

The story is engaging, the detailed descriptions of the weapon systems used make it feel extremely authentic. The human element of the various actors really rounds up the story. Recommended reading for all, especially those who like war fiction.
