It’s okay. The series lacks proper character development and doesn’t have great pacing but I’m intrigued by the story. There’s a lot of times that it feels like she wrote chapters out of order based on when she was inspired to write it, then forgot to fill in detail later.

My rating is a 2.5 but rounded down to how severely this author fails at writing a six year old. You can say that it’s the whole fantasy thing being different than normal. That’s never said in the book and this child does not act like a six year old at all. I’d love to have a reveal of her being not human to help explain, but the main character not even suspecting based off the abnormal behavior kind of makes that hard to do now.

Series not complete

So yes, I really enjoyed the first 3 books. I inhaled them in just a couple days. I'm giving 3 stars because there is still another book to come, yet it looked to be a complete series.

I love reading Megs books but this practice of hiding the fact that there are more books still unwritten is getting on my nerves!! Too many authors are doing this. It's dishonest and shi**y. So books I would have given 5 stars gets 3.

Okay I though this was the final book and realized quite literally a page before that it wasn’t lol!! And I’m glad. I love the writing style. It flows so nicely and I forget I’m reading. The sex can be filthy (yay) and it’s a nice change from the normal floral writers try to match the fae lore with.

This was exciting. A lot happened. The guys are more mushy, completely won over. It’s more time for Max to see everything else beyond them.

This series keeps getting better. Max and the heirs have faced so much, but still have more obstacles to overcome. Max has to find her dad to ask for his assistance in breaking the blood contract. Escorted by her dragon prince she goes behind the Dark Veil. There, she learns his true feelings, as well as some of her family history. Now to wait until book 4..

I am loving this series! I hate that I have to wait until February for book 4, but I know it’ll be worth it! I really enjoyed how much these characters grew and how their relationships blossomed! Getting to know Missy and her “pet” more was amazing too!

Mad I found it before it was finished

The only negative thing I can say about this series is that I found it when I have to wait 5 months for the finale. My favorite heroine yet, one I strongly relate to. Taller than 1 of her men, strong in the ways that count, soft in the ways that matter, and imperfect in a way utterly believable for her story.

This book Series Is it 5 star reed Don't sleep on the series. FMC is a baddy! Who will mess you up if you hurt her family or someone she loves. Her last name is Morning star after all. The MMC's will burn the world and there kingdom to protect her.
