This is more fad than real low oxalate diet

Most of the recipes in this book are actually medium oxalate, not low oxalate. She calls for ingredients like tomatoes, tomato sauce, bell peppers, asparagus, and pasta.

If you have a medical need to be low oxalate, this is not a good choice.

Good recipes and unlike many other low-oxalate cookbooks, this one actually seems to live up to that name! The only reason i didn't give it a fifth star is because the recipes do not include a count for oxalate per serving.
