This is book 6 in the Downfall series. What an amazing series! So I subscribe to the authors newsletter and I was so excited to read that while the series was supposed to end with this book, he decided to keep going! So at the very least there is a book 7 on the way!!!!
This has been such a great series! If you like post-apocalyptic books with real life consequences then you’ll love this but please read the books in order. This last book even changed how I feel about Rachel even though Jeff is still my favorite character. I love how Sam and Keith were just part of the family from the get go. I was surprised to see who showed up at the end of the book but that’s the best part - thinking you’ve got it figured out and you don’t!
Read this series. If I could give it higher than a five star rating, I would.
