A delightful read that made me giggle throughout. A novella from the Stranded in Leavenworth adventure romance series, this book focuses on the main couple from book 1. We get dual POVs, from the MMC and FMC, and it's so fun to get into both of their heads. Also, it might make you want to go on a hike? Just me?

They take an anniversary hike where it all began for them, and it's absolutely ADORBS. The emotion reads as real, the inner monologues are SO RELATABLE, and the spice is spicing! Hammocks... Huh. I'll never be able to look at them the same! :)

A quick and low-stakes read with all the humor and heart you could want! Well written and thought out. You won't be disappointed.

Now I've got to finish the rest of the series, because this author is hilarious.

Jonathan plans to surprise Lucy with a wedding proposal on their 1 year anniversary on the hiking trail that started their love story when things go awry.

Things never go according to their plans, but Lucy and Jonathan always seem to overcome their obstacles. This sweet, low stakes novella is incredibly funny and spicy! 🥵

Ahhhh! I loved getting to hang out with Lucy and Jonathan again. Thank you so much K.L.! 🫶🏼 They are so cute together. This grumpy x sunshine couple balances each other out. 🥹
