SUCCESS IS SWEET…BUT LOVE IS SWEETER

A financial analyst who thrives on the pressure and excitement of her job, Mia Gordon is far too invested in her career to be in the market for a relationship. But when she buys a house next door to quietly attractive Jordan Banks, she suddenly finds herself wondering what it would be like to forget about business, as least long enough to surrender to passion … and maybe even love.

A single father with five matchmaking children, Jordan Banks doesn’t have time for a personal life. Yet when his kids plot to pair him with the new next-door neighbor, it doesn’t take long for Jordan to discover what he’s been missing. Beautiful, independent Mia awakens desires he’s forgotten he had. Now all he has to do is convince Mia to take on a new venture -one that includes a ready-made family … and a man who wants to be her one and only love.

I ABSOLUTELY love stories w/kids...and the five adopted children in this story were ADORABLE...and had their father and then Mia wrapped around their little fingers...I loved Jordan's QUIRKY clumsiness...and his lack of concern for fashion...he was comfortable with who he was and what he wore...and I ENJOYED watching Mia fall in love w/the children first...and eventually with their AMAZING father...who once his children interfered in his "love life" or lack of helped turn him from the "ugly duckling" into the handsome "prince"...lol...and I like the way Jordan helped Mia forget about work and ENJOY other things...another SEXY and passionate read by Niobia Bryant! Once AGAIN as this is another 15th Anniversary Special Edition...IMHO the author should have taken a moment to have the book "re-edited" in order to clean up the many typos/grammatical errors.

Super cute love story. I loved the kids and the fact that Jordan adopted them all. I also liked that Jordan was clumsy and kind of an ugly duckling in the beginning.

I just re-read this book and it is fantastic. I love the characters--they seem like real people. Jordan Banks is a wealthy, successful mystery writer and just my type of hero! He loves the protagonist, Mia Gordon, a successful investment expert. Jordan's five adopted children plot to connect Mia and Jordan so Mia can become their mom. The children are delightful and realistic. I chuckled at the humor, sizzled while reading the passionate love scenes, and anticipated reading this book every chance I got. It is a ten-star book on a five-star scale. I absolutely love the ending. Ms. Bryant's book is romance of a superior quality. The story is unforgettable. I will read this book again and again: you should, too.

This book was so good I am still in Mia an Jordan land. I read it all nite. It was through, complete an orderly. What started out as a match making scheme by Jordan’s rambunctious adopted teenagers. Turned into a well thought out plan. I could not get enough of the trials an tribulations of this family. Well done.

This book was so amazing, it was a book that you couldn't predict. This book was full of love and joy that we all experience but in a different way. Mia and Jacob was truly in love with each other and they was willing to do whatever it took for them to be together. It sadden me when they were apart but, the love they had wasdeeper than anyone could see.
