This is my new favorite book about sales and customer service. although it purports to be about one particular industry, it is a wonderful all-around great book on how to be a better salesperson and how to be better at serving the customer. Potts is a savvy businessman with a background in the Air Force, and his years of experience show in this book.

If you are in sales or customer service, you owe it to yourself to buy this book.
