Quite an intriguing tale of wonder, murder, lust and lots of sex. This is an adult book with major adult themes. Lindy is just a simple woman, well she just becoming a woman. One that was held in major tight reigns by her father, the local baker. Their town is made of other people just like them all bears, or shall we say shifters. All the townsfolk are shifter and they keep their little town at a calm by using the queen and her two Husbands to lead them into peace and tranquility. It is now time for the Oracle to choose a new Queen. The new queen would then be mated to two males and rule over the clan for at least 25 years. The mating ceremonies take place in the center of town with all adults in attendance. When the new queen, Lindy, is chosen, it is all but an easy turn of events for only 2 men have ever even intrigued Lindy and now she may not get to have either of them by her side while losing the one person who means most to her, her father. A good story, very steamy and a bit strange but all in all good. Adult recommended only.

The Bear Heiress is my first book by Desirae Grove. This is a quick read, perfect for those with limited reading time. However, it is a M/F/M menage paranormal book, so it may not be for everyone. Ms. Grove has delivered a book that doesn't quite explain the whys of things. It is a fun, steamy read though and I did like the characters. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

This book is smoking hot from beginning to end. You most definitely do not have to wait for the steamy parts. Had to fan myself and go take a cold shower a few times.
Lindy Woodford was a beautiful plus size young woman. She was the daughter of Burly Woodford who was the baker of the town. She had always wanted to go to the town hall meetings but her dad had always let her know she was two young, but when she turn 18 he allowed her to attend her 1st meeting. This meetings was full of sex and lust. Men looked up on Lindy as if they were undressing her, openly stroking themselves in the process. Her dad would look at them with warning and a growl.
Lindy must of been so surprised and over whelmed when she was chosen has the new Queen. The Oracle would be called to help choose her future mates. Will it be someone Lindy finds good looking. She could only secretly hope it would be someone like Jake and Blake. She would end with one ordained and one forbidden. Can her second mate be found or will her father have to sacrifice his life?

This book was steamy from beginning to end. Lindy is a plus sized beauty who is coming of age, and she finds out that she is to have 2 mates to complete a triad. She knows who she wants them to be, and she gets lucky with the first one being Blake. One of the men she finds herself drawn to,and he happens to be one of her best friends.
Finding the second mate is not so easy. Lies and subterfuge are keeping his identity a secret. Lindy is also drawn to Jake, her other best friend, but his information does not identify him as her other mate. There is another who wants Lindy for himself, and he will do anything to have her, including murder. Will Lindy get her happy ever after with the wolves she loves, or will they find the third mate too late?

When Lindy Woodford, the town bakers daughter is the new queen to the Clan, she is nervous about who will be her mates. She hopes it is Blake Owens and Jake Smith. However, while one mate is determined the second is not and someone seems intent in betraying the clan.
I had not read any in this series before but I was surprised by some of it. Not knowing the back history there seems to be a town where sexual awareness is extremely high and everyone lets it all hang out. I was a bit confused, liked the overall concept but found I didn't completely understand the traditions and was confused.

This story starts out smokin hot. This story is full of horny bears, lol. Lindy get to go to her first town meeting where she is named Queen of the Sister Clan bears. Within this read there is danger, murder, attempted rape, deception and a psychotic bear who thinks that everyone is wrong but him. This is an interesting story of how this bear clan continues it's future progression. Enjoy I did.

I am truly enjoyed this book. From the start to the very end. It was Romantic, Erotic and Tender. Yet it still had the intensity so I couldn't put it down. The story of the New Queen, the Triad of Lindy, Blake and Jake. Their trial to be together though fate told them they were, one horrid man was trying to keep them apart. The twist of fate that bound them forever. Must Read! I'm so looking forward to the next book we n the Series!

It's time to choose the new Queen for the Sister Clan. The Oracle chosen Lindy to be the next Queen. The Oracle is going to give her clues to see who her mates are going to be. With the clues they're at a dead end when they can't find the other on to make their triad. If they don't hurry there have to be a sacrifice to find a new one. There's a lot if twist in this book that will leave you on the edge of your seat.

It was a great short story
It is a little different from other shapeshifter stories in that the sex was right out front for the whole town. And that there was a queen with her two men that sexually become the ruling three. Writing wasn't bad and did hold my attention though. Might read the others in the series.

I received this book as an ARC. I thought it was a great story. It shows how you truly know who is for you. A wonderful love story.This story had very erotic sex scenes. I enjoyed the whole story and I didn't want it to end.I think all readers will feel the same.Top of the charts.

Different from Polar Heat in that this had no story line. This story didn't scare me as the other did. I think I would rather be scared with a sensual love story included

A love triangle of power. With some mystery wrapped up in it all. When Lindy finally gets to go to a town meeting. She is excited. She hopes to see her two dear friends Blake and Jake. She is in shock at what goes on and even more so when she is called. Will she be able to do what they ask of her.

This was a different bear clan than I had read before. Very loving and family oriented. The mating ritual was exciting and fulfilled the prediction of the high priestess. Good guys and a very bad guy in this exciting story. A great read!
