It was what Natalie had both feared and waited for. She knew that once Eric had formally made his claim on her in front of the pack leader, they would be mated forever. And yet, Eric had avoided and run from his pack for years. It was clear he had his reasons.
But willing to fight for their love, they enter the pack camp and meet with the pack leader. Except it was nothing as simple as making a request of a shifter chieftain.
Secrets come undone. Mysteries are revealed. And danger continues to lurk in every corner.
Can Eric keep Natalie within his protection amidst all the shifters bent on destroying them?
Not much happens this book was just a filler to progress the story to its conclusion. It was nice and I’m liking their relationshipprogress im not fond of the serial style though. This should have all been one dang book lol
The writing style is still very bare. The author describes a reengineering as just that twentysomething. The writing lacks details and descriptions which would enhance this story. When MH tells us about his parents dying and that Caleb the packmaster his grandfather was responsible, we get just that the story. No description on how he looks or feels.
