This book feels more like a pamphlet that outlines the history and philosophy behind Zentangle. It's incredibly repetitive; a little bit woo-woo-sounding; and it doesn't give much practical information about actually zentangling (except for some definitions and a pen recommendation).

P.S. Obtained this for free in Kindle form many years ago so I wasn't expecting much. I just wanted to try Zentangle and realized I "owned" this so I might as well read it first before looking for other references.
