Through It All: Poems for Transformation

Rate this book
What is really going on inside?

Kim Eichner’s experience with addiction and a stuffed bag of life’s trials trained her to look problems and possibilities in the eye—and to name them.

In this book of poetic reflections, she colors outside the lines of everyday speech to help you cut down the bushes everyone’s trying to beat around, dig out from the corners of life’s alleys, and know you’re not alone.

These accessible poems are both grounding and uplifting!
“We make room for each other—” is how the second stanza of the poem “Dreams Grow” begins. And if I had to choose, that’s how I would characterize the flavor of this delicious, poetic offering of a life lived in community, lived with eyes and heart wide open. This reminder that we are not alone.
