They don't know who they can trust. They don't know which way to turn next. All they know is they have to find the Seal while diverting the detonation of a dirty bomb at one of Jerusalem's most holy sites.

LUCIFER'S MACHINE

During the basking summer heat a university-based archaeology team uncovers an ancient box bearing the image of Baphomet. WARGOD

A search for the legendary sword of Julius Caesar draws the Ogmios Team into a web of intrigue, betrayal and violence that threatens the stability of the Realm, and the future of the entire planet….

The race for the sword and search for the truth behind the plot will take both Frost and Khavin across Europe, into the murky place where legends meet history, and to the very brink Armageddon.

I enjoyed all 3 stories in this collection:

Solomon's Seal (Ogmios Short Novels) by Steven Savile

WarGod by Steven Savile

Lucifer's Machine Ogmios Novel by Steven Savile

Team Ogmios was featured in the bestseller thriller: Silver by Steven Savile

Each one of these "Origin" novellas is part: Indiana Jones, James Rollins, Dan Brown, Mission Impossible, Robert Ludlum, and Dirk Pitt. Plenty of action and well written stories.

What I really like about the "Origin" stories is that while all of the agents are in each story, only two of them get really featured in each one. We get to read more about each agent and why they are like they are. Hard to pick out my favorite agent. You can pick up each novella by itself, but you can save money getting the 3-novella collection, OR, you can really save a few bucks and pick up this collection as a KOLL book (like I did and saved $5.99).

I liked the action and suspense of the three books. Although the characters were new to me, I enjoyed having the same team in all three books.
While the stories were entertaining, I was very disappointed in the editing of these three books. There were many grammar and spelling errors. These included wrong words such as "he got into a tax". Also, there were many sentences where tense or wording appeared to have been changed from the original sentence, but the editing was not completed for consistency. It was very annoying to read these clumsy sentences.
Also, the outline and contents section was rendered very poorly on my Nook.
I would like to read other stories by this author, but hope the editing is better.

Good set of three books. I liked the stories but was a big confused at the beginnings of the first two. It got better once I knew what was going on though. Not the most suspenseful stories ever and there were some predictable moments but entertained me none the less.

The mythical objects that are the subject of each of these stories intrigued me, but not long into through the first story, I lost interest. With some fleshing out of the characters, I think the stories could go places.

не так вже й погано як на розважальне чтиво, порівняно до середнього рівня storybundle'ів. за стилем дещо нагадує дега брауна.
