For Josephine “Jo” Blackwell, there has only ever been one goal for her future; become a cop like her dad. Growing up watching him put away bad guys and help people in need was all she needed to see to know she had to follow in his footsteps. Never once did her resolve falter, at least not until she met a woman she couldn’t help.
