Set in 1880, Thunder Ice is a historical adventure novel about the rivalry between two men, two towns, and two ways of life. Prince Arthur's Landing is a boisterous mining town; Fort Williams is quiet, reserved and almost forgotten by the Hudson's Bay Company. Thunder Ice uses well-paced action and well-rounded characters to illustrate the value of home and of human connections.
