Because they both went up against some punk kids with guns, a reporter suggests that Ghost Rider and the Punisher are the same person...

Anyway, Dan isn't letting anyone in as he deals with his sister still in a coma and his extracurricular activities.

Meanwhile, Punisher is following a lead directing him to the people who are selling guns to kids.

That someone turns out to be Flag-Smasher!

Oh before that reveal, of course we had to get a lot of shooting and a fight between the two protagonists first.
