I only read this for the first appearance of Blackout, an underling of Deathwatch apparently. Who has a certain skin condition.

Ghost Rider’s strength was met with speed and leverage before Blackout decided he no longer wanted to tangle with the flaming being.

I read the duo’s confrontation in issue #3; Blackout attempts to bite Ghost Rider but hellfire disfigures the villain's face!

Wow, I'm really digging this 90's moody horror comic that I did not expect at all.

So basically it starts off with Ghost Rider just fucking up some gang members. It's really great to see how violent he can be. The art is still great throughout, and the villain seems fun. Excited to keep going.
