John is trying his best to temper Dan but
he’s not having a bar of it when his mother is in danger!

Hobgoblin has taken Mrs Ketch hostage!

Luckily, Spidey put a tracker on the demonic being…

Spidey saves the woman and Ghost Rider convinces the web-head to trust him to not kill the Hobgoblin.

After a blast by all three of them, Hobgoblin briefly appears human again…

I like that Johnny’s become a mentor to young Danny but I don’t know if this story needed 3 issues.

Side note: Was this story line just to plug the reprints of Johnny’s run??

In this team up issue featuring Marvel's flagship character, Mark Texeira drew a great looking Spider-Man. The artist's horror stylings fit the demonic design of the villain of this piece, Hobgoblin, to a T.
