Still loving this! Mark says something to Sophie towards the end of the book and I swear I totally choked up. (Tears) Sophie is still a badass. Loving her.

Mark and Sophie have made decisions on their future, Mark has done a lot of bad stuff and they've decided to balance it out a bit. Sophie is fully on board and learning fast as Mark trains her in weapons, knives, dirty fighting, surveillance and tracking etc.
After lots of hard work, surgery and planning they return to the U.S. Earlier than they'd originally planned but ready.
I have to say this series has surprised me at every turn, the first book was so much better than I expected, the second didn't just build on Mark and Sophie's relationship like I'd expected and this book is again so much more, we have the romance and the sex but we also get the planning and action.
I have to say in the interests of leaving a totally honest review there was one part that I just couldn't make sense of, Sophie suggests something and considering the situation they find themselves in it seemed ridiculous or maybe it's just me.
It's straight onto book 4 for me.

Still loving this series
Mark and Sophie appear again in this third part of their series. They have plotted and trained and laid all the necessary groundwork for their grand scheme, and now the action is starting to kick off. The adventure showcases the strength of the operation that Mark and Sophie have put into places; yet, the passion and love surrounding their love story has been well represented in this book as well. In short, this episode of the saga is a perfect marriage of action and romance. I may have just finished this story, but I already want more Sophie and Mark. Part four come soon!

Training with him had added a lot of depth to our relationship. Before, we were just like any other couple, friends and lovers. But by agreeing to train me in his skills in order to take on the crime that was crippling our city, we'd also become student and teacher. I had to say, Mark was an excellent instructor. He put up with my natural student irreverence very well, while at the same kept it focused and professional.
The third book of Mark and Sophie. This one was about how the training went on and how it changed Sophie. Sophie had became more and more attractive after those months training. She knew how to kill, how to fight, and she was sexy as hell when she became more and more confident.
The three months we'd spent abroad had allowed her to blossom. She was pretty confident before, smart and lively, and sexy as hell, but now all of those qualities were dialed up to eleven. She had become the type of woman who walks into a room, and everyone stops to see what she's doing. What self-consciousness she did have before seemed to have disappeared. I had to intentionally become overly bombastic and attention grabbing just to get the first comments from people.
They are becoming truly soulmates, in every perspective. Mark was so so gentle when treating his Sophie. He adored her body, cared her feeling, worshiped her spirits and cherished her soul. They were not only couples, they were teacher and students.
"You don't know how every day I'm grateful that you came into my life and saved me. You're making me into a better man, and for that I am eternally indebted."
"I love you," I replied, kissing him.
Sophie became the woman she wanted to be, she Mark loved her as always, nothing changed their feelings. Connections are stay strong, and I enjoyed this one as much as the previous two.
"You are more beautiful than ever," he whispered as he lifted my right foot up, kissing my calf muscle and working his way down to let his tongue lick behind my kneecap.
I don't know what the nerve connection is, but it felt like his tongue was just outside my pussy, and I could barely contain myself. "I need you."
"You have me," I replied, spreading my legs and letting the scent of my wetness flood the room. "Forever."
They had a killing mission at this one, and they made it. Mark was injured, so Sophie needed to take care of the rest task. And she member failed Mark, she did really great. I love Sophie so so much.
I whispered into his ear. "You've taken me from behind so many times..... maybe I should return the favor?"
I heard Mark's breath catch, then he slid his feet apart, bracing them against the side of the stall. "I trust you," is all he said, his voice quiet and intense.
My heart swelled in my chest as I realized just how much Mark was giving me.
Mark was an fk INCREDIBLE HERO. He was an ultimate alpha male, strong, intelligent, decisive, powerful. He was one of the best hitman in those cities, yet here he was, willing to let Sophie have her way with him. All his soft left for Sophie, which made me so touched and moved.
And the fact that he was so confident in himself and trusting of Sophie made him even more masculine and alpha in her eyes.

While running for their lives, Mark and Sophie leave the US and head off the beaten track, with new looks and identities they return for the fight of their lives against the confederation. Using his power and massive amounts of money, Mark trains Sophie in the art of weapons, but that fighting won't protect her heart.
Now with their live declared, this is the ending they both want to have their hsppy ever after.... Why do I get the feeling that its not going to be that easy.... Bring on part 4!

Mark and Sophie have had to make a lot of big decisions regarding their future together. Both Mark and Sophie know Mark has done a lot of bad things in his life but decide that they can come to a compromise. It's in this book now that we see Sophie is on board and Mark will train Sophie in the use of weapons, fighting and other parts of his job.

I love Mark and Sophie. Mark is powerful, confident and sexy. Sophie is smart, lively and strong. Mark teaches and trained Sophie for the preparation to bring down the bad guys. I love the action, passion and romance of this story and can not wait for the next instalment.

Two sides!
Not only is the book sexy but full of suspense too!! I loved how they worked so well together. You see how as their relationship grows with strengthens as their life gets more dangerous! What a great read I just couldn't put it down!!
