The Cat and Cayenne
Thirty-something Anne Clavel is a French Quarter shop girl by day, and a visual artist by night. She just ran into her ex, the poet Jeremy, from ten years ago. Their relationship was spicy, but the break up was so bad that they cut off all contact for a decade. Meeting again was a surprise for both of them. Neither know what they want out of life, or out of their reunion. Of course now her friends don't like him, and his friends don't like her. With the help of a voodoo queen, a cat, and a pinch of cayenne, they might have a chance to set things right, but right is not always what it seems. Anne also finds herself in the swamp between real and the imaginary when she shares a kiss with her best friend Bianca. Anything can happen in New Orleans!
