I got this from my local train station's book shelf and probably liked this more than almost any other graphic novel I've read before. However, bear in mind how low that bar has been previously. Regardless, there's just something quite lovely about it somehow. Generally I really liked the drawing style, though the main character didn't feel consistently drawn enough for me and it took me out a few times. I'm not sure if there's a second issue, but I'd definitely get it if there is one.

I quite liked this idea; it's a sort of feminist Watchmen for teenage girls. It isn't well executed though. It could have done with being about twice as long and letting us see how the heroine's mind works, leading us through the connections until we see how the plot is constructed. There were a lot of good ideas there but I just kept feeling like I would have enjoyed them more if they had been set up properly. Ah well.
