The easiest way to change your life and your health is with a process. The Miracle of Clean Eating will transform your life in just 5 minutes a day! The Quick Reference Guide is the digital shortcut that contains absolute everything to make clean eating habits stick.
Author Gabi Rupp is a dynamic professional whose greatest desire is helping others achieve healthier lifestyles.
She spent more than a decade working as a marketing executive before founding LeanJumpStart and creating the 52 Week Clean Eating Challenge where she uses science and realistic methods to encourage others to get in shape and maintain their new healthy habits.
In addition to running her business, she has published 52 Chef Habits, Inspirational Picture Quotes about Happiness, Picture Quotes, Picture Quotes about Friendship, Picture Quotes about Hope and her newest release "Inspirational Picture Quotes about Gratitude".

Staying within the format of her Illustrated Quotes series Ms. Gabi has brought in this charming quick reference guide that will be a diet-friendly book. Each week starts off with a collage of pictures or just a general picture to illustrate the concept while having at least one or two quotes that ties in with the subject at hand whether from a well-known individual or one that you may not have heard.
The book is a quick read if you want to read it in one go while every section is clearly broken down into a week to give you a chance to work on that particular week before moving onto the next habit change. But what makes it a more welcome book then others is the fact that if you mess up you mess up and that is alright as long as you get back onto the horse or if you need to splurge yourself then you are able to do so without guilt thus an altogether more forgiving book.
At the same time the book is user-friendly that the author doesn't recommend you follow all the weeks as presented. If you don't like a subject or you don't think you may need to focus on it she gives you a go-ahead to move on without it. What better diet-changing book then one that allows you to work with it?
And finally I enjoyed the simple formatting. Each week is presented to you then broken down into 3-5 easy done steps. And what is more the author includes links within each week that connects to the website. These links provide more information on the week's subject, recipes that you may want to check out and other "freebies" such as positivity cards, shopping lists, etc. So not only do you get a wonderful book to help you make better choices but the resources to get you going.
For those who are into dieting or making healthy living choices I truly recommend this book as an at least once time read....

After having read the printed version of “52 Chefs habits”, I was excited that a digital version had been made available for Gabi Rupp’s fans. I downloaded the book on my iPod and I can always carry it with me. I found so convenient to have links available that bring me immediately to other pages. I immediately subscribed to the website that will weekly send me one new challenge. It helps me keeping motivated and checking my progress. I love that, for each week, Gabi has added an inspirational quote. As always, they are very well chosen. The direct links to the recipes turn out to be so handy too. Well done! If you follow the program, that asks for very small steps every week, and you keep your commitment through the all year, you will see big changes in your life. You can contact Gabi at her website to let her know your achievements and I’m sure she will be there to help you if you lack motivation to continue. This quick reference book is set to become a great companion! I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is a down-to-earth, well-presented and totally attainable way to change your lifestyle (eating and otherwise) for the better within one year. Each chapter sets a new weekly goal of learning and incorporating into your life a different positive habit. The ideas presented are simple and easy to accomplish and guaranteed to lead to success rather than overwhelming as some other books I've read on the subject. They made me feel like a failure right out of the gate because the changes seemed so drastic. This is exactly the opposite!
The author presents plenty of reference and resource material, and encourages you all along the way. The book also covers a wide variety of topics; emotional eating, improving sleep, healthy spices, "clean" desserts, and exercise to name a few.
By making the minor changes suggested for each week, there is absolutely no way that you won't improve your overall health and lifestyle. I strongly recommend this book - it's a keeper!!
Clean eating was always something I was interested in, but the information you get when googling it, can get overwhelming (at least to me). It's so much you should change all ot once! And a lot of blogs seemed rather... dogmatic.
Enter this reference guide. It is clearly structured and easily understandable. Each week contains a little 'exercise' you can, but don't have to do. Most of the time you can perform it in three steps, sometimes a few more are needed. But those are really baby steps, so easily doable.
I really like how often this book encourages you to reward yourself and it gives tips concerning those rewards, too.
The author provided me with a free copy in exchange for a honest review. Thank you.
I really loved this book and really learned a lot from most of the chapters. Most of us feel we know what to do to start on a path to cleaner and healthier eating. Reading through the chapters of this book, I found many, many new tips, charts, encouragement, and programs to help me develop a way better plan! I especially love the recipes that were included in the links. I will definitely be making the homemade muesli tomorrow for our breakfast! This is a fantastic book with additional 52 links that explore deeper into each chapter's subject. I feel that everyone could benefit from having this book on their shelf or on their phone. I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
If you need discipline to make you focus and follow through on making positive changes in your life, this book is for you. Little changes can reap big benefits and the short, concise weekly readings with links to more in-depth information can be read in a minute or two. As I read the whole book at one sitting for review purposes, I found myself agreeing with 51 out of 52 habits realizing I need to initiate their use. It would be overwhelming to do all at once but not if done one per week, not necessarily in order as some I will concurrently institute, but the book will remind me of the other habits to slowly integrate into my habits and life. I received an ARC from the author in return for a review.

This is a great tool to use while reading and utilizing Clean Eating Miracle- 52 Chef Habits - The Weekly Planner by Gabi Rupp. Each chapter offers gentle reminders and steps to change your life and your health, in as little as 5 minutes a day. Having often gotten boggled down with diets that say eat this and don't eat that did not work for me at all. It was the don't eat this that made the temptation more alluring. the thousands of words that I didn't understand. Gabi Rupp reminds us that it is the simple things that can really make a difference. My favorite is cleaning and polishing your sink before you go to bed. It is such an amazing feeling waking up to a clean sink. It just makes everything else look better. Also, eating without the TV on/electronics. Instead have mindful eating. It really is the simple things that matter! Gabi Rupp presents 52 habit changes in 52 Weeks. In the Quick Reference Guide, she presents the same tasks/challenges/changes as in The Weekly Planner, but this book is just a brief review with encouragement, references, quotes, links and apps to aid. My favorite quote is found on page 50: "“Habit is a cable; we weave a thread each day, and at last we cannot break it." ~Horace Mann ”Excerpt From: Gabriela Rupp. “52chefhabits.” iBooks. Rupp recommends putting an X down on a white board so that we can see the progress. XXXX A chain and we don't want a break in our chain. XX XX By making small changes each week we will be working toward better health and habits. I definitely recommend both books together if you want to have a life that is cleaner, healthier and happier. Great job, Gabi Rupp! You inspiration is exhilarating.
Its amazing that once you open your mind to what the world has to offer, it will attract exactly what you need. In this instance, Gabi Rupp (and being part of her review team) is launching the book "Clean Eating Miracle" and it's exactly what I need. The positives to date are: an easy to access 52 week plan, no boot camp style miracles, weeks 1 goal of setting the yearly goal in an easily understandable process with many helpful hints quotes and best of all, the lovely Gabi there to help me along the way. The plan is very inspirational, and doesn't expect change overnight, and each week, your next goal is sent to you directly. I am set to lose weight, eat better, cleanse and learn to have a better eating plan I hope to implement for life. Oh and the goals are set so even the busiest person can become part of this. Thanks Gabi and for inspiring many to change positively and non judgmentally, your a motivational angel.

This book is full of good ideas how to improve your lifestyle. Each weekly advise is preceded by an inpirational quote, which I think is a really nice touch.
I think this book is dedicated more to the people who are just starting with transition to the healthy lifestyle. The 52 topics are discussed briefly and supported by extra free gifts from the author as free sample schedule etc. Even as a person who is quite educated in the topic, I still found few new ideas how to improve my life. The book was really easy to read, reader friendly and enjoyable. I would definately recommend it to anyone, who would like to change their life by following those simple steps.

Much of the information in this book is not new, but it is arranged in a do-able baby-step by baby-step way which is essential for changes to be made. I really liked the links to the website which were in the text because it made it easy to get more information and kept the text simplified. I loved that she began with goal-setting because there must be specific goals, not nebulous ones like "get healthy." I may not incorporate all the habits, and some I am already doing, but I will definitely use this on my quest for the best life possible.
I received a copy of this book for my honest review. I really like the way this book was set up. The goals/habits are very attainable and it actually was fun to read through then work on them. Beautiful pictures accompany each goal/habit. You can pick and choose which to work on, or follow the book and work on one at a time in the order listed. A fun, creditable way to work on bettering yourself. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to make changes in their eating habits and become healthier.

It is a very down to earth book that helps you change your daily habits for the better. The author sets different lifestyle change goal every week. The tasks or goals aren't that hard, e.g how to drink more water, but will definitely improve one's health and well-being. All in all, a very god book to have and look into every time you'd need a guidance.
I don't know why I downloaded this book. I guess because of all the great reviews, but after reviewing it, I think I can do this. It's easy to follow, has gentle steps each week to get you eating better. The recipes look great and easy. The author recommends rewards when you put out a little effort. Glad I read it and I am going to use it.
I have to say this book was great. It helps you set goals and then shows how to achieve these goals by breaking these down to smaller goals. Everything was easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to having a healthier lifestyle.
Gabi does an amazing job with this book. She has certainly done her research and gives you more than enough tips, tricks and ideas to form your very own healthy eating habits.
