really enjoyed the last book in this trilogy which is the one I actually read first so I thought it would be worth while reading the first book.
It was great to see how Dmitry and Katie’s relationship started (as they didn’t seem very well suited in the third book) but I thought this book had too much science and not enough action and I didn’t enjoy it as much as the third book.
It didn't make me interested enough in reading the middle book unfortunately.
