She ran from three dangerous men. She never told them she carried their child.
Nina survives by watching, planning, and never letting anyone close enough to become a weakness. Matteo, Dante, and Luca are the exception. Powerful, possessive, and dangerous, they draw her into a relationship built on trust, protection, surrender, and a desire none of them wants divided. Each man reaches a different part of her: Matteo gives structure to the chaos, Dante makes protection feel physical and absolute, and Luca reminds her that intimacy can hold laughter.
Then fear destroys what they built. Nina runs before she can tell them she’s pregnant, and for five years she builds a hidden life around keeping her daughter safe. When the three men finally find her, the truth between them is impossible to ignore. Finding them again forces Nina to face more than the secret she kept. She has to decide whether the men who once felt like danger can become the people she trusts enough to call home.
Reunion doesn’t erase the damage. Matteo still leads with control, Dante protects like danger is always one step away, and Luca slips beneath Nina’s defenses with warmth and humor. They’re angry, relieved, hurt, and still completely devoted to her, but love isn’t enough without rebuilding the trust they lost. That choice becomes harder when their past refuses to stay buried.
As old danger closes in, Nina refuses to be protected through silence again. Matteo learns that leadership means listening, Dante lets tenderness exist beside his instinct to guard, and Luca’s charm becomes something steadier. Together, the four begin turning possession into partnership and desire into a choice they keep making.
A dark, ultra-steamy, age gap, second chance, reverse harem mafia romance with secret baby, protective dominance, shared possession, forced proximity, and chosen family. It’s about trust after fear, love after separation, and finding the courage to stay when running has always felt safer.
The Elevator Pitch: A guarded woman who vanished from three dangerous men is forced back into their orbit when the life she built in secret collides with the world she escaped. What begins as a volatile second chance becomes a struggle to rebuild trust, redefine family, and decide whether love can survive the fear that once tore them apart. With three fiercely devoted men refusing to lose her again, desire and danger tighten around a bond that has already survived five years of separation.
Nina returns to the Villa to work. She's broke and exhausted and needs the money, hence her return, since she gets paid, and somewhere to stay. Except this time, things are more dangerous, with lots of security and men in suits and women in expensive dresses and jewelry. She meets Luca after tripping and spilling her champagne tray over him. She fears she will lose her job, but Luca is amused by the incident and tells her not to worry. She later meets his associates, Matteo and Dante. Later, Nina overhears something and, despite signing an NDA, finds Luca and tells him what she heard since it seemed to involve him. He tightens security and puts Nina in a suite to keep her safe. Then her brother Marco, whom she hasn't seen in years since he disappeared, suddenly shows up looking for her. Then things start happening, and Marco gets blamed. Then Nina appears to be set up for the sting too. Marco then disappears again. Nina overhears the three men talking and decides to go herself. A storm that night is the perfect cover. But Nina is hiding a secret from the three men. Fast forward five years, and the men who have been searching for Nina get a lead from a contact and finally find her, to their relief. Now the men have found her; the person who is after her and her daughter, Sofia, finds her too, and their lives are in danger. The author keeps you turning the pages with all the action, twists, and turns that you dont see coming. I received an ARC from Booksprout for my voluntary honest review for NN Book Blog. This story was so good, fast paced, jealousy, lies and secerts.Nina was their Queen,Matteo,Dante and Luca would protect until last breathe if they had too,but of course things don't turn out like planned.Nina overhears something and with things planted to make her look bad,her brother looked like he stole from her men,so the only she thought of was to run and that is what she did for six years ,run but when she left their home, she carried away a secert! Six years later Nina and her secert is still running and her men never gave up but they are shells of what they used to be.Matteo,Dante,Luca finally get some good news and reunite with their lost love but their enemies is still out there and they have to fight or they never will fine or hold happiness! So read this story, see what The Demon's of the Underworld have to go thru or will go thru to protect their kingdom and their Queen and the Princess and the pea!
Daddies of the Underworld by Lisa Cullen is a fun, steamy read that delivered plenty of drama and heat. The forbidden romance element added an extra layer of tension, while the mafia setting brought danger, suspense, and plenty of high-stakes moments. The chemistry between the characters was definitely one of the highlights. Each of the men brought his own personality and dynamic to the relationship, making the why-choose aspect entertaining and kept the story moving. I also enjoyed the mix of protective alpha energy, emotional tension, and spice. This is definitely a book for readers who enjoy their romance on the darker and steamier side. Overall, Daddies of the Underworld was a steamy, dramatic mafia romance with plenty of possessiveness, danger, and forbidden chemistry!

Definitely a great read unfortunately has the lack of communication issue which does annoy me but the story flows well and isn't too long. I love that they have a HEA and the little girl made me laugh so much
Arc review I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This was a cute story of Nina who finds herself untangled in to luca, danta, and matto's lives
I loved this book. There were so many intricate pieces that were put together seamlessly. Each man had his own idiosyncrasies and that just brought more to the storyline. Sophia was very bright for her age and never missed anything. She was so intelligent. There was so much I loved about this, there are no words to fully describe my feelings.
