Histoire sans fin. Pas de numéro de page. J'ai lu cette histoire ce matin et en fin d'après-midi je ne me souviens plus de ce que s'est. Courte histoire.
Lick by Lucia Jordan Purchased: Kindle - Free My Rating: 4 of 5 Stars
What's it all about: Gina has been in a mentally abusive marriage for thirteen years, and now after escaping it she has to decide if she wants to jump back into the world of men or take it at her own pace.
The Best Parts: From just this short portion of the book I really liked it. I loved the build up of the relationship between Gina and Landon. Even for just a few short pages you can see that they need each other, but that Landon is also hiding a while side to himself.
The Worst Parts: I didn’t like the ending. I know if I had bought the whole set I wouldn’t be left with such a cliff hanger, but I hate that Landon isn’t the good guy that I wanted or that Gina needed. It doesn’t make me hate the book, but it makes me wonder if I really want to read another book about infidelity, and heartache.
I don't think I'm supposed to just enjoy book one I think the purpose is for me to get hooked and then read the rest of the series. Unfortunately for me when I look at the preview of the books in the series I'm just not interested. My advice is enjoy book one and if interested continue to read the series.
Gina meets her brother's next door neighbor and Landon is just what the divorce needed, another man that knows how to make her feel like a woman. Good .job Lucia Jordan, another good one.
Landon is an hot alpha male and exactly what Gina needs in her life, but can they overcome the obstacle that showed up in the end of this book. Can't wait to find out.
Great until we get to the "What? He's married?" I refuse to read part 2 to be drawn into what's next. Overall great read, just be sure to have a fan, ice and anything else you need to keep cool.
This was a good quick read; well written book that was nice and steamy. I'm not big on series but if the others are as good as this one, I am looking forward to them.
