He Wants It, He Takes It

Rate this book
Emma Allred is usually polite and well-mannered, but when the rudest customer she's ever met walks into her diner, she can't help but lose her temper. A heated encounter turns into her worst nightmare when she finds out the jerk who she's thrown coffee on is none other than billionaire CEO, Dante Caito.

Hot, sexy, and demanding, Dante gets whatever he wants, whenever he wants, and he's not about to let little Emma get away without a lesson. Even if it means purchasing the diner so that she loses her job or buying out her apartment complex to demolish her home. He'll stop at nothing to get her revenge-- simply because he can.

But Emma isn't about to back down without a fight. Just because Dante is worth billions, doesn't mean that he can ruin her life. Dante just might have met his match. There's something about Emma's fiery nature that draws him in... He finds himself determined to have his way with Emma, inside and outside of the bedroom.

And he will. Because when he wants something, he gets it.

Now, thrown into a whirlwind romance with the one man she can't stand, Emma has her hands full trying to juggle Dante's complex and forceful nature, her difficult life, and her sister's.

These are very short reads. You need to read the first book to before you read this book.

Dante needs Emma's help in this book. This one ends in a cliffy...a secret that Dante has been keeping, but book 3 is already out.

I still find the sister, Sophie, annoying. I have read several books where the older sister is struggling to support both herself and her siblings but none have been as selfish as Sophie. People tell Emma that Sophie cares for her, but instead of the author telling the readers that, I think it would be best to show it. I hate when readers are told how to feel about a character. Sophie is a brat. "ME, ME, ME" is all I think she thinks about.

You still have no idea how Dante feels which I think makes this series interesting.

Emma and Dante are likable so I will keep reading.
