The Instant-Series Presents "Instant Optimism"
How to Be Optimistic Instantly!

Do you ever go through tough times or face some form of hardship? Of course you do! We all do. But do you get nervous and feel down on your luck when experiencing those adversities of things aren't going your way - because it's not what's affecting you, but how you react to it.

Regardless of whatever predicament you may think you're in...it's not the end of the world, and you can be certain other people have had similar experience (or worse).

Understandably, it's natural to fear the worst, but how many times have the worst you could possibly imagined ever occurred? Wouldn't you agree that this is just "damage control" so you wouldn't be disappointed or have a harder time dealing with the less severe outcome than you had imagined?

Yet on the downside...this holds you back from moving with your best foot forward. Ask yourself how many opportunities you missed and things you wished you could have done, but didn't - all because you were forecasting dark clouds with a chance of raining all over your parade.

Even for things you can't control, there's no point in getting all negative. Life is too short, so why waste it drowning yourself in pessimism. Instead, always have optimism.

Within "Instant Optimism":

* How to turn obstacles in your life into opportunities, and use them to help you grow and be better as an individual.

* How to see the positives in the negativities around you, with step-by-step demonstration on maintaining positive thinking.

* How to incorporate positive reinforcements through developing a new habit, to stay optimistic every day.

* How to avoid constant disappointments with whatever you do, by grounding yourself with a healthy dose of reality not fantasy.

* How to cultivate self-motivation to bounce back from any downfall or discouragement, by having personal dialogues with yourself.

* Plus, custom practical "how-to" strategies, techniques, applications and exercises on how to be optimistic.

...and much more.

No matter what the situation is, you just have to relook at it differently in a beneficial way, and "Instant Optimism" will help you find that light at the end of the tunnel!

I try to be an optimistic person, and for the most part I am successful, however I do have times, and situations that trigger my anxiety and pessimism. I really love this book, because it teaches you how to deal with those times where you aren't so optimistic. It teaches that attitude is a key to success, and keeping positive even when things look bleak, will pave the road to your future happiness.

A great lesson that is taught in this book is to weigh your opportunities against your difficulties. I think this is an awesome way to overcome a pessimistic attitude, and especially useful when things get tough. One of my favorite things about this book is it gives lots of examples of real life situations that can come to pass, and then it shows how keeping a positive attitude can help you overcome those situations.

Another great aspect of this book is the exercises. There are several interactive exercises scattered throughout the book. These exercises get you involved and force you to think about yourself, and the way you currently deal with things in your own life. Overall I really enjoyed this book. It is a quick read, and it’s a good resource to have on hand if you need help overcoming a long term pessimistic attitude, or just need a little encouragement on a bad day.

Optimism is a very much needed thing, in today’s society. Many people find that they are stuck in a rut. The truth is that rut is not something that they have to be stuck in. They can choose to be more optimistic. This book offers a lot of tips and tricks to help you get out of these types of ruts. One such trick that everyone should learn to apply to life is to create positive reinforcements. This can be something as simple as a daily positive reminder. I, myself, keep a daily positive attached to each day of the calendar just a reminder to be more optimistic. I also like that the book focuses on people needing to stop playing the victim. I know too many people that do just that and there is never room for positive attitude, when you are always acting as though others are out to get you. This book has many interesting points that can lead to a person being able to live a happier and more meaningful life, as long as they choose to apply what they read and work with those tips to make their life happier.
