This is book 2.2 (2nd installment) in the Blind Vows Series.
It is the 2nd book to Odysseus and Desire's story.
I gave this book 5 Stars.

This book cannot be read as a stand alone.

O and Des how dreamy are they? They are not through the woods yet and this is the next installment in the series. Ups and downs these two still have an unbreakable connection and a bond that cannot be broken. Come on the ride of your life as we get a glimpse in the life of O and Des as they try to get through life's trials one day at a time. Full of hot steamy sex and tons of suspense JM Witt will not let you down. Only one question I have for the author. Can you write faster??? Thank you for a great series that I just can't get enough of.

Des and O take us on another wide roller coaster ride in part 2 of this serial set.

From the start of Body I was pulled into the main characters and it continued on through Heart. Their love, struggles and bond hit home for me and I couldn't help but feel as if I was a part of their lives. I love how this author makes me want to keep going...I can't read fast enough wanting to know what will happen next.

Amazing read and by the way O is MINE :)

Heart is the second installment of Des and O’s story and it was oh, so good!

“Tread lightly, love persistently, and be strong.”

This installment was much sexier and full of much more drama. We finally get the entire story of Saul and Des’ past and it is a hard one. Watching Saul re-enter their lives was torture and the ending this time has me on pins and needles. I need to know what is going to happen.

I loved the banter between Des and Will this time around.

“I only make my special lasagna for the man who eats my pussy and that’s not you.”

I also adore the entire Kerrigan family. They are so loving and accepting and willing to do whatever is necessary to protect their own.

Please don’t make me wait too long for the rest of Des and O’s story – we need some more ‘O’ faces! ~ Tiffany, 4.5 stars

Heart by JM Witt is the second book of Blind Vows Volume II—Body, Heart and Soul. I’m certain my heart jumped for joy and broke all in the span of this book. I was on the verge of tears, I laughed and I think I’m completely gutted. Need Soul NOW!!

O and Des’s story continues in Heart after their wedding, with Saul entering the picture like the mad man he is again. W.T.F?! I’m in love with O and the way he loves Des. He doesn’t think about himself or what he’s been through. He loves her with his whole heart and it shows in everything he does.

Des thinks she’s broken and this ultimately will cause chaos in their lives. I don’t know how long I can wait to find out what happens next. The love that O has for Des radiates off the page and he’s my favorite of the Kerrigan brothers!

MORE. PLEASE. NOW <3 ~ Heather, 4.5 stars

This one right here? This installment of Blind Vows is my hands-down favorite…so far, that is. Bring on Soul!

Picking up where Body left off, Des and O are still under threat from Saul, Des’ crazy, obsessed ex. O is determined to protect his girl, to keep her safe from the man that thinks to harm her, but will he be able to not just save her, but safeguard their fledgling marriage too?

Oh, O! I love him, so very much. He’s strong and sure in his feelings for Des, despite the whirlwind nature of their romance, and the drama that her ex brings to the equation. He had me hooked, and when his own ‘milestone’ moment came, and he was overwhelmed, well…stick a fork me, I was done. He was so sexy—his ‘O’ face is one I surely want to experience—and yet, so vulnerable, it nearly broke my heart. In the best way, of course.

Heart had a lot of exactly that. HEART. It was playful and funny, with Des and O’s brother, Will, playing off each other perfectly, and the other family members bringing some joy to the story. But it also had major tension, too. Saul was haunting them and hunting them, O’s own mouth tripped him up, and the end result was a book that had me on a razor’s edge and left me DESPERATE for the third and final instalment in this series. I’m going to need it, and SOON! I have to know what comes next! ~ Beth, 4.5 stars

Finally I got my hands on this one :D I so so craving O and I just needed to find out what will happen next. If you've read the first story, you know that the writing is superb and intriguing, the characters are amazing and the action is fast paced. Well, the second part of the story keeps up in the same manner. The only difference is that it is a little bit more emotional and heartbreaking than the first one. And trust me, by the end of it, you will be sitting at edge of your seat ready to throw your reading device and praying to get your hands on the third and final part as soon as possible.

The story starts exactly where the previous one finished. And I really loved that as there wasn't anything lost between the two parts. It was simply like reading the next chapter in a book. The difference here is that, even though the danger continues to follow Des and O with every step they take, they are not the only targets. So be prepared for some gut wrenching situations that will pretty much freeze your blood and make you hope that everything will end up ok.

Unfortunately, the physical danger is not the only thing following the main characters. Each one of them carries their own demons. Their nightmares and ghosts are mostly what puts their relationship to the test in this second part. O manages to overcome his problems with Des' help but unfortunately that's not enough for the both of them. Des, is still fighting the results of the terror she lived through in her past, the terror that follows her in her present and she is deathly scared that if she will lose the people she loves because of it. And that's what leads her to taking a decision that is probably the most dangerous one she ever took. And that's where this part ends. It pretty much drove me nuts as I am craving to find out what will happen next. Thank god there are only few days before the next part comes out :D

If you started reading the series, you pretty much know what to expect. This is a heartfelt and painful story with characters that fight both physical and mental nightmares. I have to say that I love Des and O and I am pretty sure you will fall for them the moment you meet them in Body. Keep in mind that Blind Vows is a serial so you can't read Heart before you read Body. They are simply connected. And keep in mind that there are some major cliffies :D

"Behind the beautiful outer shell was just another insecure girl, looking for someone to convince her she was worth more than she thought she was."

Heart takes place where Body finishes off. Des and O are married, but need to constantly look over their shoulders. Saul is determined to have Des for himself even though her heart belongs to someone else.

Heart is.... I just... I'm speechless. Somehow, JM Witt outdoes herself each time she puts something new out. I loved Body, so I had high expectations for this part of the serial. My expectations were blown out of the water. I mean, seriously?!?! I got to the last page and immediately went back to page 1 to start over. That's how much I loved this... I just had to reread it immediately.

Des & O are playing against the odds with their relationship. She knows that Saul won't stop until has her. It's O's love that brings out the best in Des. She needed him in her life just as much as he needed her. But what happens when the unexpected throws another curve ball at them? Can their love withstand yet another obstacle? I really hope so because this couple will make anyone believe in love and soulmates.

Don't be fooled by the page count on this one. JM Witt manages to jam pack a novel's worth of action and feelings into just 66 pages. It's just bananas.

Des and O have gotten married. Their fairytale is just beginning. But like in every fairytale, there are villains and this one is deranged. Saul continues his pursuit of Des and is making her and O’s life miserable. They have enjoyed a few moments of happiness amidst the chaos, but the moments of fear and insecurity overshadow that happiness.

O is trying to show Des how much he loves her and how he will protect her, while at the same time, she is determined to do anything to protect him, even if it means leaving him. Her story with Saul is explained here and we soon realize how crazy he is and why Des is so afraid.

The story of Des and O continues in intensity but never diminishing in passion. There is more angst in this book than the previous one, but with Saul getting bolder, that’s what you’d expect. The writing is amazing, giving you more glimpses of these characters’ personalities and helping you better understand why they act the way they do.

The brothers are once again present, making it harder not to scream for them to give us their story also. Everyone is woven in so seamlessly and I am anxious to see where this journey takes us.

We still have heartbreak, love, passion, suspense, and laughter all woven in to make this story a definite MUST READ.

I've been following these serials since the beginning, and I have to say again what a wonderful job the author has done at bringing a funny, romantic, sexy, semi-short story to us in a fashion that does not leave you feeling like you are missing huge chunks of information.

While Heath & Lucy will always be my favorites, I am really liking Des and O's story. I actually like how quickly they fell and got married and how now, we are with them on their journey to start their lives together, well as much as they can with a psycho after them. I also really like O's sensitive side, everyone thinks of soldiers as being hard-assed to the core but O has a side of him that is just for Des and its dreamy.
I'm totally hooked on the Blind Vowes Serials and can't wait to see what lays ahead - (actually I'm on pins & needles waiting for Will's story)

Show me YOUR O face.....

Heart begins with Des and O starting their married life not as most newly married couples but rough with Saul still loose and both of them recovering from his last attack. Des is having a hard time letting go the guilt of endangering O's life and O is caring guilt for not protecting Des the way he feels he should have. Talk about walking on egg shells!! These two have been through so much in so little of time!!! You can't help but feel for them and wish them the best!! How much more can this couple take without it destroying their relationship?!!!

But when they finally "consummate" their marriage....sigh.....MAGICAL!!! The love and tenderness between the two was amazing!!

No spoilers, but, AHHHHHH the ending!!!!! I need Soul....RIGHT NOW!!!!

This is definitely a strong man! O is just there taking all the punches thrown at him and rolling with them. And trust me, Des does not make it easy for him. This story is great! It has a bit of everything. You get desperate and frustrated and you start wondering where can you find an O of your own. And the whole family is just great. This brothers have me wanting more and feeling compassion for them. Can't wait what bits I get next and from who, because I really want to know more about Dorian and I also want love for Will. That's my point- even when you are falling for O, you can't help but want more from the brothers. JM Witt is toying with my emotions and oh how I love it!

We start off this book with where Body left off, Saul has been shot and fled the scene of O and Des' apartment. Will the police find him? Will he come back after Des? Who is Saul? O and Des move in with Will in the meantime to stay away from the apartment where Des feels she was violated. O and Des' relationship grows stronger through the rough times, but she's still holding back. They keep having shit thrown at them time after time and they keep getting back up and trudging on. The end makes you sit up and say WTF?!?!?! My one warning is that there's a cliffie at the end and you are begging for the rest of this story. This is a MUST READ!!!!

All the angst and feels are packed in to book two. I want to say that this will be my favorite of the series but I felt like that about Body and then this one came along and stole that spot. I'm a sucker for reappearances and secondary characters having strong personalities. Between Heath and Will I was in stitches. Add Des's quick wit coupled with O's protectiveness. Yea, book two is now my fave.....for now at least.

O and Des have just gotten married after a very short relationship. They are both mad for each other but both have past that prevent them from completely opening up and enjoying what they share. Just as I started to smile at these two life again gets in the way and I was left mouth open and my heart stopped as a realize that was the end of this serial.

J.M Witt has an amazing writing style and you can't help but love these characters. Waiting for the next serial in 2 weeks may kill me. :)

**5 STAR SERIAL REVIEW**

If Des and O thought they had it rough in Body, they had no idea what was in store for them in Heart. All seems like it might be okay but the black cloud follows them wherever they go. As much as Des wants to be with O, she doesn’t want him to get hurt. She feels that the only way to protect him is to leave him. O, being the soldier that he is, will never leave a man behind. He loves Des and wants to prove to her how much. It doesn’t matter that him or any of his family members will get hurt in the process, they were brought up to protect their own and that is exactly what O plans to do.

I fell in love with O in this serial because you really got a chance to see how passionate he was and the extremes he would go to to protect the woman that he loves. He wasn’t letting his disability get in his way and I really admired that about him. You want O to be happy, he deserves to be happy and you will be rooting for him the whole way.

Did I mention that the sex between these two is off the charts? You will certainly want to #showyouroface when reading this book.

"O" my goodness!

This is the second part of Odysseus and Des' story. I loved the first part and the ending left me wanting more. This one was even better! Much like the first part, this one was full of suspense, hot sex, and awesome banter between Des, O and even Will! I don't want to say much about the storyline because I don't want to give anything away. I will say this, I just thought part one of their story had me on the edge of my seat! I thought wrong.... this one was crazy suspenseful!
