I’m convinced that Ivy is trying to kill me slowly. AHHHHHH! *shakes fist*
THIS IS YOUR PNR SERIAL ADDICTION. I’m totally an Ivy junkie.
You might be thinking ‘Heather, really?! You’re telling me to start reading a ten-part serial novella paranormal series?!’
Answer: Yes, I fucking am. & it’s going to be more than ten parts, sooooo, just deal with it.
If you haven’t yet started this series, go grab some snacks, a drink [or twelve], and just schedule yourself a night/day to binge-read your face off. Ivy does not disappoint. She gives you romance, instalove that doesn’t feel like instalove, hot sex, a shit ton of suspense and a world that coexists with our own. This is a series that will keep you guessing and will have you clutching your chest and panting for breath. Ivy makes living in a world of angels and demons seem normal and I’m always amazed at how quickly and immediately I get sucked back into this story.
Speaking of the story, we catch back up with Riley and Paige as they are caught in the fight of their lives. Their love has solidified but we don’t know if it will be enough to keep Eva from possessing Paige’s body. GOOD GOD THE SUSPENSE! Riley is determined not to let the possession take place, but when he enters Paige’s mind determined not to fail, truths are exposed that have Paige making rash decisions that could affect everyone involved for eternity.
Paige and Riley are once again backed into a seemingly insurmountable corner from which I don’t see an escape – but I know Ivy has something at the ready to allow them to duck and run. I’m crossing my fingers for the happy ending that these two so desperately deserve. The cliffhanger here has me anxious and on edge, as per usual…and I’m waiting patiently for lucky number 11 – eeeek! GET INTO THIS, BITCHES. 5 stars!

This book definitely ended with a serious bang! Eva is pulling out all the stops in order to get her way. Possession is on the horizon and there's not a thing that Riley can do. As you know Riley is a dark angel, and even with his newfound power he's still a baby compared to his fellow angels. Can he save Paige from an untimely fate?
I was completely blown away in this installment! Everything that has happened thus far is leading to something HUGE. Angels and demons and goddesses ALL have a huge plan ahead, and there's no telling where we all will end up. Most of this book takes place in Paige's head and I feel for Paige and everything that she has experienced. It just shows that her and Riley were meant to be in some form or fashion from the get-go.
This was another GREAT novella, and I am anxious to read the next installment! This is such a great serial and if you have not picked it up yet, you NEED to!! I'm beginning to wonder if an end is in sight, but I won't complain! I love reading the complexity of Riley and Paige's life, I will never see angels the same.

Omg!! I'm still reeling in shock with everything I've read. Holy cow! Ms. Sinclair! I'm dying here!!
Just when I think I know what's going on the author throws in a new twist catching me completely off guard and pulling the story in a new direction. I loved the high stakes and the whirlwind of emotions I have every time I pick up another in the series. Riley and Paige have been through so much and just when you think the fights over its not.
I need the next installment please! I'm dying of anticipation!!

'Protect Her: Part Ten' blew me away more than the last nine books. The storyline is full of angels and demons going crazy to get their way. Full of action, crazy good twists, suspense, mystery and deceit. I have loved this series from Part One. I can't wait to read the last book. A definite must read series.
