Where was this book when I was a kid?

I like that the pages are spacious and have illustrations with straight forward, how to steps, that are open to the young writer to make a simple short description, or a longer more complicated scenes. it's up to the young writer. This book could be used with different ages and skills by the "teacher" fleshing out in discussions in each topic. I really liked this book aimed at new writers who are in still in school.

I'd definitely use this as a teaching resource. ELA immediately springs to mind, but I can the techniques being useful in a general study skills class, or even a science class for 5th or 6th grade.
