Because You Love Me is book three in Ava Claire's Falling For You series. It is not a standalone and must be read as a serial. Please start with book one to get the full effect of the story.

This is the conclusion so the final test is playing out for Xander and Penny. Book two left us reeling with Xander's ex showing up. The walls closed in on Penny. All the feelings her sister caused her growing up, mainly never being good enough, caught up with her. She cuts and runs! How can she make Victoria realize what she's always done has to stop! After some quiet soul searching, the time to stand up for yourself has come!Penny and Xander both have similar issues to deal with. I think that's why they meshed well. They understood what the other was feeling and could commiserate. I can't tell you much more without giving away the story-and it's worth taking the journey that Ava Claire has provided. It was a rocky road but one that had joys and sorrows, twists and turns, secrets and revelations. Ava writes great stories so add this to your reader and carve out a time for Xander and Penny!

Review for BECAUSE YOU LOVE ME by Ava Claire
I received this as a gift for an honest review.
Penny has just run away from Xander and her sister’s wedding when her sister, Victoria, introduces Penny to Xander’s ex, Jenna, as his current girlfriend. She is shattered with that knowledge and can’t get away fast enough. She hails a cab just as Xander finds her, but she leaves anyway. What will she do now ?? All of the hurt she has experienced in her life, whether from school, her parents, her sister…all come back now to haunt her and make her feel inconsequential and small. As if that isn’t bad enough, her sister shows up at her hotel where Penny promptly tells her to go to hell. When Victoria apologizes and tells her Xander is in love with her, Penny realizes she has made a huge mistake. Now she has to go to Xander and hope he will forgive her. He is more than ready for that, because he has just realized his life is nothing without her. He puts his emotions into words and tells Penny everything that his heart wants and needs. But he is not quite ready to let her off without some form of “punishment”. And Penny is more than happy to submit to it. Then, it is on to his father’s home, where Xander has every intention of telling him off and letting the chips fall where the company he has built is concerned. But even here, he is not prepared for what happens. Is it too late for Xander and his family, or will love truly conquer all and make for new beginnings ??

Okay so the first book didn't quite capture my attention until the very end...the second book drew me in and held onto me and I needed to see how it finished. Which leads me to this book...
*sigh* Okay seriously in all honesty this wasn't a bad book but it felt extremely rushed and unfinished at the end.
Nothing with Marie was resolved...we find out more about the will and the addendum but it just fell flat for me at the end. I was happy however that Xander told off Victoria...that made my day.

I really hope there is an Epilogue or at the very least another book that ties up the loose ends where Marie is concerned because the way things were left completely unfinished between her and her family really irritated me. Maybe she can have a come to Jesus moment when/if their father dies that makes her not be such a spoiled rotten conniving little wench.

Would I recommend this series? Yes but I would also caution the reader that it for me felt unfinished.
Did it have a HEA? Left you feeling hopeful
Steaminess? 2 / 5 there wasn't a lot of steaminess in this one, but what was there was steamy.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. Remember this is part of a series not a stand alone.

In this book we get the third and final book in Penny and Xander's story. When we left them in book 2 Penny's sister had just dropped a bombshell onto Penny that had her reeling. The one person that had given her so much grief short of her own sister was with Xander, before he can get a chance to explain it to her she is off running for the hills.

Xander has figured out what he wants if only he can get her to stop and listen to him. Will it be enough though? Will Xander have finally opened up and had the woman he loves leave him forever?

There are many twist to this last story that you will have to read to find them all out. I think that the way the author handled all of the players in the final act was amazing. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

I just started reading book 3 and I'm already on the verge of tears. I could strangle Victoria! Wait until you meet Tommen. It's like he was placed in Penny's path at the perfect moment. And Marie, Xander's sister? She's worse than Victoria! I think Marie is a little mentally disturbed. You won't know what I'm talking about until you read this story but some jokes are just not funny.

This is the last episode in this three-part series, Falling For You. There are lots of surprises in this last episode that makes for a fantastic ending. I can't wait to see what's next for this brilliant author.

On this conclusion Penny's world is shattered but Xander's ex wife at her own sisters wedding. She is heart broken and running scare not knowing Xander is in hot pursuit. It's reveled as you go further down the rabbit hole that Xander has a few unresolved family issues with his sister & father. There are so many unanswered questions, who invited his ex? Why does her sister treat her the way she does? Who's trying to come between her and Zander? Will he lose his company if he's still single? All this will be answered and more. Penny & her sister also have it out, which has been a long time coming! I loved reading this Ava's characters are so easy to love!This series was amazing!!!

This is the true test for both Penny and Xander as they face their fears brought on by their parents expectations. We ended with Penny's sister, Victoria, dropping Xander's ex-girlfriend in their lap at her wedding reception – I'm glad she's not my sister – how will Penny and Xander cope? I don't want to give away how this part of their story goes but I can tell you that I love Penny and Xander – their connection is honest, natural, sexy and fun. We get all of Penny's gutsiness even as she battles her insecurities while Xander shows his softer side. They both have to face the hurts inflicted in the past and find a way to move forward. Will they realize that they are stronger together?

I was given this book for my honest review.

Author Ava Claire has done it again in this next installment of this amazing sensual series. I don't honestly know how she does it with each read that she comes out with. The books just keep get more amazing than the last.

Penny and Xander's continuing journey is heartfelt, romantic, sensual and sweet with a bit of sorrowful mixed in. If you haven't fell for these two characters yet you surely will with this amazing read. The sex is hot but, controlled and wow lets get the marshmallows and ice-cream out for this read. Yummy

I loved the ending and I loved that certain people got what they deserved. At the continuation of the story my heart broke for Penny and then when she ran my heart broke for Xander. I was so happy that Penny finally realized she could not keep running and the author did not make us wait long for him and her to talk things out. I was pleasantly surprised at what happened at his parent's house. I love all of this author's work, this series is just another one that is a must read.

Great 3 Part Series

I am so glad glad that Xander's sister got what she deserved in the end and that Xander got to hear both of his parents say they were proud of him and loved him. Penny's sister pretty well got told what a horrible sister she was, too! So glad that Xander and Penny get their HEA!

I couldn't wait for this third book in this series. I loved Penny and Xander. When the third book ended I couldn't wait for the four one to come out. Like Ava's others books it was a short good read but I do hope we haven't heard the last of Penny and Xander. I feel there were some unanswered bits and pieces and hope to read more on this couples life.

What a great little series. Very loveable and hateable characters. It did get a bit boring in a few places. I think because this is probably Ava's first tamed down series. Very good read none the less.

This series had great potential. A good story line and great characters. The problem is so much glossed over. Too little information. The story is choppy. The end was disappointing. This could have been a way better series had the three books been full book.
